前台小姐姐認真講解旅遊攻略 大堂隨時有補充的飲用水很温暖 晚上在大堂外面坐在椅子上看滿天繁星 太美好了 不過房間衞生間有那種返潮味 排氣扇和燈共用開關 這點可能欠考慮了 其他都挺好

民宿在景區中段，停車也方便，衞生環境也不錯，去不同的景點也還算方便，客服的服務響應也很及時，但是景區本身容易堵車，整體感受還是不錯的。

自駕過去的，旁邊有停車場。酒店真的很美，服務也很到位。早餐在對面牛掌櫃吃的，比較簡單，有牛肉粉、牛肉麪。

首先，4.9分給服務，總體是滿意的，有問必答，幾個小姑娘提行李二話不説。沒有5分是因為希望給點上升空間，比如擦身而過的一個笑臉哈。優點：地理位置好，景區內，據説有棧道可以看日落，但是太可惜了，大雨啥也沒有看到，門都出不去，全是霧，當然這並非民宿的問題。房間細節基本是滿意的，乾濕分離做的也不錯，提點建議：衣撐太少了，完全不夠用。洗衣房建議增加洗衣機和烘乾機，一台也是完全不夠用，而且建議增加洗衣筐和洗衣袋，很多客人洗完的衣服拿出來不知道應該放在那裡，不方便下一位使用。然後停車場全是泥巴，真的建議花點錢搞成水泥的，否則長者一旦滑倒就是重傷。最後提一下交通，旺季管制，按照管家的建議遊覽完百草坪再回民宿。結果交警就不讓往回開了，讓我出景區繞行，簡直是開玩笑，這出去還不得倆小時。這不是民宿的問題，但絕對應該民宿去協調。我們在2號門那裡被迫等了一個小時，才同意逆行。如果不能協調交通，那就不要給建議旺季去坡上草原百草坪之後再回民宿了，否則就會很尷尬。

暑假去烏蒙大草原推薦住這裏，環境很好，陽台出去就是大草原，小朋友很喜歡，草原温度涼爽，夕陽很美，還會再去。
