訂的是25—35平米的房間，可是前台給我開的是最小的房間，還説我訂的是14樓那種沒大房間的，可是第二天早上看到對面房間退房是大房間。之前打電話問前台事情，她掛電話的速度是神速，我連話都沒説完她就掛了。其它的就是還可以。

設施：比較完備，基本都有。
衞生：地毯沒有吸塵，能明顯看到頭髮😶
服務：前台的服務態度急需改進提升！還不如樓層打掃客房衞生的大姐！辦理入住特別生硬，直接把房卡甩到前台枱面上，明明客人已經伸出手去接！
環境：動車站直接有巴士到這裏，大約 50 分鐘，沿途有其他停靠站。酒店掛 4 星，面積/空間/設施都是具備的，成立年份久了，服務管理鬆懈。

房間大，設施好，服務滿意，早餐豐富，高樓大廈負二樓停車場方便。本棟一三樓有KTV有點噪音，可以忍受！

The restaurant is luxurious and stylish,provides Sichuan, Hunan, and Cantonese cuisines; the meeting rooms are spacious and bright, which can hold various meetings.
