原計劃去昆明過週末。在這住着不錯，乾脆續住一晚，性價比肯定比昆明好，昆明訂的中心皇冠假日，決定晚一天去昆明。

前台還沒有打掃客房的阿姨態度好，擺着一張臭臉！
其次，早餐起晚了，9點28分到的餐廳，距離結束衹有兩分鐘了。但是我才剛剛開始吃，他們就迫不及待的開始打掃衞生了。感覺很不禮貌！這不是一家星級酒店該有的態度！
最鬧心的是，預訂的時候，官網寫着14點退房，但是被要求12點退房，理由是今天有接待。這不應該是你們讓入住客人提前退房的理由！
房間不知道什麼原因。有一股子的黴味，不要和我説什麼剛剛打掃出來的。我是晚上才入住的！
客房水果如果不想送，完全可以不送，我不知道哪沃柑你們採購部嘗過沒有，那麼酸！何必呢？
