Access to the pool is practically impossible. Reservations are necessary, but given the size of the hotel and the possibility of external use, the experience is simply painful. Keep in mind that access to the pool is paid separately and has a time limit. On the day of arrival, and despite having gone to the SPA to book a space, there was no more availability.
The bathroom was not clean upon arrival, the smell of sewage inside the bathroom and room, dirty sheets, horrible pillows and the three beds/mattresses were old and uncomfortable.
Room on the top floor with only two "skylights" as a source of natural light and little illumination of the room. Noise in the hallway with wooden floor. People talking in the next room as if they were inside our room. Refrigerator/minibar very noisy.
Very limited breakfast with poor quality products.
Definitely not a 4 star hotel.
We ended up leaving before the end of our stay despite the Hotel refusing to cancel the reservation or even try to resolve the situation. Receptionist with no desire or concern to resolve our dissatisfaction.
We were going to rest and we didn't rest at all. We will not be returning to this hotel and we will not recommend it to anyone.
