We went in this hotel, not everything was good because, the breakfast they say is until 11am and we went many times at 10am and was mostly everything finish, the room they make everyday but the blankets they never changed for 1 week. Have other things that it take too much time to write down. Only the location is good because really close to the beach.
The only good thing was the receptionist that was very nice with everyone THE BLONDE ONE don't remember the name

Отель на твёрдую 3 * чистый. Брали полупансион. Завтраки соответствуют 3* , йогурт, яйца, джем, мед, хлеб, фета, огурцы, помидоры, кексы ,круасан, печенье 2 вида, финики, чернослив, арбуз и дыня, нам достаточно было, кто хочет много еды и есть возможности тогда в 4* рядом шикарный Греко отель где все включеноУжин конечно я бы никому не советовала брать в этом отеле, отель дает карту Таверны в меню там только картофель и макароны с мясом, шницель, выбор маленький, овощей нету, не подходит для веганов... Приносят один маленький салат и бутылку воды, остальное за деньги. Отдаю должное, что хозяин таверны пошел мне на уступки и каждый вечер мне приносил греческий салат с фета, тк я не ем еду которая предложена в меню. Если приеду в этот отель, то только с завтраком, а ужинать ходить в другие рестораны их там очень много. Есть рядом много сувенирных магазинов, 2 супермаркета. Пляж понравился , песок спуск к морю по лестницам. Благодарю , может кому то поможет мой отзыв.

Stayed in this small and lovely beach hotel only for two nights. Should have stayed longer. Nothing fancy or luxurious but we loved the hotel. Spacious and clean rooms. We had our own terrace facing the garden and little pool. Holiday vibes, cute breakfest room, super friendly staff and relaxing and quiet feel. Panormo village is like the hotel. Absolute hidden gem in Crete with authentic vibes and beautiful alleys.

Das kleine 3 Sterne Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit empfangen worden. Unser Zimmer mit Balkon zum Garten/Pool war sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Es gab einen Kühlschrank und eine sehr gute und leise Klimaanlage. Morgens gab es ein gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und ordentlich, wurde täglich gereinigt und das Personal wart super freundlich. Der Ort Panormo hat vier Badebuchten, alle sind fußläufig super gut zu erreichen. Unser Aufenthalt dort war rundherum sehr gut, wir haben uns jederzeit sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Assez simple, mais très propre, et personnel sympathique. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas très fourni. Nous avons été surclassés en suite junior vu piscine au lieu de notre chambre vue mer mais nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de payer un supplément de 30€/jour pour notre ado de 12 ans car les enfants au delà de 2 ans sont payants en plus alors que nous avions réservé une chambre pour 3 avec la literie existante pour 3 personnes et sans aucune mention de ce supplément par ******* à la réservation !

Beautiful hotel located in the heart of the small village of Panormos. Not far from numerous restaurants, incredibly cute and superbly beautiful. This is what you imagine Greece to be like. The hotel itself was relatively recently renovated, and the rooms and bathrooms were new and clean. Breakfast was okay, nothing special, but what was there was tasty. Staff was friendly. There's a pool, but we didn't use it at all. Parking for rental cars right in front of the hotel. The main reason we chose this hotel was the location. A dream. We're going back to the Panormo Beach this year!

Excellent stay.
A lovely Hotel in a beautiful area. The staff were extremely helpful and professional. There were many restaurants near the hotel and the food was very good. We hired a car at the airport and drove to the hotel which was about 55miles. I would recommend hiring a car because there are many places to visit in the area. We had a sea view room which had a lovely view from the balcony. The rooms were cleaned every day. The only minus factor was the breakfast. There were only two cereals and the hot option was very limited. Overall I would strongly recommend this hotel as all the staff were outstanding.
