為了方便孩子在景區玩完潑水節換衣服，訂的這個房間。感慨很多。
設施：之前評論區説水有味道，的確有鐵銹的臭味。但洗臉盆處配備了4瓶礦泉水用來洗漱。遊玩泡泡潑水後回來沖澡，一整晚我的臉都是冒涼風似的刺痛，不嚴重，也不知道是對什麼過敏了。出房間就好了，估計是對房間木質的什麼東西過敏。
衞生：房間配備了一次性洗護用品，床單被罩都有。但一次性的毛巾浴巾質量是真差，一抖，肉眼可見的掉白渣渣。跟我自己在網上買的不一樣。
環境：環境一流，但評論區裏説開空調樓上熱，樓下冷沒改善，樓上真的是汗流浹背。建議樓上安裝個小空調。
服務：酒店配備可以4星，但早餐很一般很一般，雞蛋限量，服務人員總喊浪費扣錢，把酒店的星級拉低，顯得很廉價。房嫂態度很好，詳細介紹房間設備使用。
下午茶:2甁芬達，4個好麗友，貌似還有幾塊牛乳糖。不如送些水果。
黑風關古鎮全價門票:景區內適合各種打卡拍照，適合親子遊玩，幾步路一個景，很美。景區內各種美食都有，不貴。不需要帶很多零食。
總體評價:還是很滿意的。彰顯4星級服務標準，很人性化，但個別細節沒有達到那麼高標準。還有待加強。我覺得服務行業做了就要讓顧客滿意，要麼就不做，勞民傷財。比如一次性拖鞋，用防塵袋子裝上了，但裏面拖鞋本身臟呀，黑黑的。一次性洗護用品配備了，但質量不好呀。還是讓顧客心裏不舒服。説多了。就是自己一點住店真實感受。

優點：房間裏還比較乾淨，温泉泡池也很好用，温泉水有一點點氣味完全不影響使用，送了四瓶礦泉水和很多一次性的被單温泉泡袋等等。
缺點：前面就是條小河，這種天氣太潮了被子都返潮，還有房間裏面蚊子巨多，必須帶蚊香來。價格偏高，最大的問題是景區沒什麼可玩性，逛兩天下來感覺都不如本溪那個小市一莊，省內這些景點裏的酒店價格和南方那些古鎮都差不多了，非常不合算。

房間裏掛了白色的幔帳，像靈堂，古鎮裏的水是臭的，隔音效果很差，早飯雞蛋按人頭髮放的，一人一個，第二天十點四十就打電話催促退房，還得詢問行李收拾好沒，體驗感很差
