The hotel is on the edge of the town. It is actually a family hotel. The room is very small, the bathroom is not ventilated, and the bedding and bath towels are not very clean. Apart from the slightly cheaper price (but still not cost-effective), there are basically no advantages!

Didn't live up to previous ratings.
Very small room, with no heat initially, but clean. Manager was a bit abrupt. He brought us a portable heater which short-circuited the TV and lights. He then fixed the heating control and it was OK for the rest of the night, but why couldn't that have been in place before we got there? We won't be back.

Probanly 60 years old. Crushed ice in a 30 gallon metal container with a side door we lift up to open... and a metal hand scoop, that everyone handles or coughs on with the ice exposed. No A/C, old fashion thermostat, small wall heater, dirty dusty pet area, no full time office staff, and 12 rooms total. Sorry, not for me, but ok and reasonably priced for out of town construction type workers.
