Very clean and a very accommodating owner. Everything we asked of him he was able to do. We stayed 4 nights and the price was excellent. I will recommend it to others and will return. Good value. Centrally located if you are doing the national parks or just riding in Utah

Visiting Bryce Canyon. Booked here solely on price. Room was huge with two double beds. TV was tiny and crammed in a corner. Bathroom and room were dated but relatively clean. Air con was cold and had proper black out curtains. Quiet road. Slept well and grabbed breakfast from gas station in town.

newly renovated. very clean and comfortable beds. very impressed and exceeded expectations. Located in a central location! Easy to get into the parking lot with motorcycles. Loved the upgrades. Very clean! Highly recommend👍

Great value, the room could be a little cleaner, the top duvet had a small fresh stain. The curtains had holes, but it was very quiet and we slept really well, having been on the road for the past 10 days. The fridge and microwave worksd well and the location is excellent

Staff was not in office when I arrived. Finally he showed up and then complained because I wanted early check in although by then it was maybe a half hour early. He gave me a room key and said he did not know if the room was clean. I thought it was clean as beds were (poorly) made but discovered it was not when I sat on a wet toilet seat. Went back to office and staff thought the toilet incident was funny. Then staff tried to put me in a room next to the street where I would hear traffic noise continuously. I did not accept that room and then was given a room far away from the street. There was an open bar of soap in the shower so that room was not cleaned thoroughly. Numerous cigarette butts on the grounds. Then staff lied and told *********** that I was a no-show.
