Un posto così accogliente che il termine “casa” accostato a hotel non può che essere il più adatto. Ho adorato l’atmosfera della sala con il camino e la vista sul lago dalla camera è un qualcosa di unico. La zona è tranquilla ed isolata ma comunque comoda per raggiungere il centro

Lugar muy bonito y acogedor, la arquitectura del lugar si dudas muy bien elegida( materiales - objetos de decoración - colores y texturas) hace que todas los espacios motiven a una fotografía, las habitaciones muy limpias y acogedoras.Silencio muy agradecido que hace vivir una desconexión total. La comida muy bien elaborada , solo sugiero complementar más los platos para q las porciones se vean mas completas.

Hotel estiloso y muy acogedor. La vista, magnífica. Camas cómodas, habitaciones confortables y servicio de alimentacion ( aparte del desayuno) de excelente calidad. Desayuno completo con ingredientes frescos y de la zona. La atencion del personal, un 7. Muy amables y preocupados por los pasajeros. Ideal además para una arrancada romántica

Nos encanto el hotel Casa Panguipulli, cuenta con buenas instalaciones, un acogedor living, habitaciones con una precioso vista, nos toco la N.1 así es que miramos la grandeza del lago desde la altura, impecable todo. La atención estupenda, todo el personal muy preocupado por hacer que nuestra estadía fuera grata. La cena maravillosa, todo exquisito un siete al chef y su equipo. Un día no me gusto la entrada del menú y prepararon otra exquisita, así es que quede agradecida. 100% recomendable

El hotel es precioso, con una hermosa vista al lago y volcán. Es un hotel boutique lo cual cuenta con solo 7 habitaciones. La calidad del personal y atención es personalizada. El restaurante es de excelente calidad y cuenta con un chef a cargo que te explica lo que vas a comer.

Excelente lugar, con mágico entorno y realmente acogedor, las personas que atienden ahí son encantadoras y se nota el cariño por el buen servicio. Las habitaciones amplias y con una vista inmejorable, calidez de hogar mezclado con la tranquilidad del Sur. Un lugar al que definitivamente volveremos con mi pareja.

El lugar es muy lindo pero la atención de todo el personal es increíble en especial Tomás que en todo momento estaba preocupado de ayudar y de preguntar que necesitábamos. Ojalá en todos los Hoteles tuvieran personal tan atentó como acá. Mejoraría el turismo en gran forma
