Muy lindo hotel, tiene un ambiente inspirado en lo nórdico pero sin dejar de lado el sur de Chile, con pisos de microcemento y paredes de madera, decorado con algunas pieles y artesanías en todos sus espacios. Al ser un hotel pequeño, sin un flujo constante de pasajeros, da la sensación de estar en casa, lo que lo hace muy agradable. Personal joven, pero muy atento. Cuentan con un desayuno Buffet simple pero el pan amasado, fruta, queso de campo, un café fresco y el paisaje lluvioso concluyen una muy grata estadía. Además en nuestra habitación contábamos con una terraza privada muy cómoda sugerencia: podrían incluir Amenities y el estacionamiento es muy estrecho, solo 3 espacios y 1 muy arrinconado.

Estancia Hotel 381
Lo más destacable es la disposición y servicio del equipo, pero lo decepcionante es que no había frazadas adicionales a las que ya nos habían entregado. Los dispositivos de calefacción con radiador y seca toalla no estaba funcionando, pero sí un calefactor eléctrico. Y en el desayuno habría sido recomendable que incluyeran huevo en alguna preparación básica como revueltos o fritos. Gracias

- The room was close to the common room. The music was too laud and also Noise emissions from other guests in there. In addition, the loud traffic noise from outside.

Muy lindo el hotel, habitación impecable con terraza privada y un baño amplio, además todo el personal muy atento y servicial, un 7!!! muy recomendado!!! Cercano al centro y comercios varios las chicas que trabajan ahí nos recomendaron varios lugares para comer y salir por la zona...

Friendly service, good brekky with enough coffee, filter though. Comfy room with wooden decorations that seem to be a thing in Panguipulli. My friend had problems with the noise from the street in the middle of the night but apparently nothing ear plugs could not handle.

El hall/living es precioso. Rico lugar para tomarse algo o trabajar. El hotel está impecable y es acogedor, pero no es nada de barato. En verano debe ser muy rico, pero yo fui en junio y pasé frío, lo mencioné y no había más que el calefactor de la habitación, el cual no lograba dar la temperatura adecuada.
