THE WORST HOTEL RESORT EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! SCAMMMM!!! SCAM!!!!
1. Deceptive Marketing
The resort maintains misleading promotional posts on Facebook and other platforms (Trip.com, ***********) using outdated and heavily edited photos that do not reflect its current condition. This act of false advertising deliberately misleads potential customers and violates truth-in-advertising standards.
2. Unsanitary and Unsafe Facilities
Upon check-in, we found the rooms to be filthy, infested with crawling cockroaches, and in a general state of disrepair. Floors were cracked and uneven, posing serious safety
hazards, especially for children and elderly guests.
3. Disorganized and Unprofessional Guest Reception
There was no reception desk or trained staff present to receive or assist guests upon arrival. The check-in process was chaotic and uncoordinated. The resort had no computer system or official recordkeeping mechanism to verify our third-party booking (e.g., via travel app). Instead, staff requested to take photos of my booking confirmation using their personal mobile phone and made calls to someone off -site to "verify" our reservation. This not only demonstrated a lack of professionalism but also raised concerns about data privacy. The process was confusing, disorganized, and unacceptable for any paying customer.
4. Rude and Dismissive Staff Behavior
When I raised these concerns, the owner was uncooperative, rude, and dismissive. They refused to acknowledge the issues and offered no assistance or resolution.
I BOOKED THIS HOTEL AS A RECOMMENDATION FROM A "FRIEND" AND I COULD NOT REGRET THIS DECISION MORE!! THE GREATEST TRAUMA OF MY LIFE!!!!
