The room is on the mountain, I understand there may be insects, but it is too lively!
There are many spiders, spider webs, XL ants and two XL geckos in the room!
It is recommended to put some containers for catching insects in the room and dispose of them before the guests arrive, instead of waiting for the guests to sleep to enter the room for pest control.
From the arrival of the restaurant and resort to the check-out period, there were many unpleasant incidents due to the negligence of the staff, and they were treated with a black face, which is a pity. In order to avoid wasting too much time, we gradually gave in.

Beautiful location and right from the harbour experience the Pangkor team make you feel special. The island is beautiful but we saw a lot of litter which spout the sea views.
The rooms are lovely and spacious, but could be more modern and have some more luxuries like a jacuzzi bath.
The staff were amazing and the food was also superb!

The hotel environment is very good, with Chinese waiters. The sunset beach is great, with very fine sand. There are hornbills in the hotel, and they are not afraid of people. There are small ants in the room when you sleep at night. Although we go to the room to kill insects at night, we still can't eliminate them.
