I stayed in this property for 3 nights while on a business tour. It is located at a convenient place with quite a few eateries around. The ambience is good, the service is fast and rooms are spacious. The food is tasty. However, following need some improvement: 1. I was staying in the room on the first floor. However, the loud music from ground floor/music was clearly heard at this floor and disturbs the sleep. A soundproof barrier might help. 2. There are only a couple of hangers in the almira. More hangers will solve the problem. 3. The room in which I was staying was having a balcony where pigeons were flying and making a noise. A pigeon net would solve the issue. 4. In the buffet breakfast, there was a choice between 1 juice and 1 shake. More options of juices and shakes will be helpful.

My recent two-day business stay at western court in panchkula was nothing short of a nightmare. I'm baffled by the high ratings this hotel has received, as my experience was abysmal from start to finish. The hotel's age and poor maintenance were glaringly obvious. Light fixtures were precariously hanging from the walls, and the end tables were so damaged they were rendered useless. Cleanliness was clearly not a priority, as evidenced by the thick layer of dust coating the fabric headboard. Comfort and convenience were non-existent: first, the air conditioner's temperature control was broken, secondly, the bathroom lacked hot water for showers and finally, the toilets struggled to flush properly. The restaurant was equally disappointing. The morning breakfast fell far below expectations. Given the exorbitant prices charged by western court, i strongly advise potential guests to explore alternative accommodations. This hotel fails to deliver even the most basic comforts and services one would expect from a reputable establishment.

Hotel staff was very rude. Room was not clean as it should be. Someone from hotel staff used my room in my absence. I asked hotel staff to check cctv but they straight away denied. Very pathetic experience with western court panchkula.
