Great location near to Kalka station. Good for a one night stopover before early morning train. Friendly staff and a comfortable nights sleep. There was a bit of train noise but that didn’t bother me and to be expected given the location.

Perfect location for morning train to Shimla just a quick five minute walk to station . Amazing value comfy beds great decor and friendly staff. We went to Shelley’s for dinner .. the best meal we have had so far in India. The Manager of hotel said it was the best restaurant around.

The owner's response was very quick and kind, and I was able to stay with peace of mind. Good location as it is just a few minutes walk to the station to ride the toy train.

The hotel is in close proximity to kalka railway station and that is the plus point. Rooms are average and ideal for one night stays. The housekeeping could have been much better, the bathroom towel had holes and stains. We were 3 people and were provided only one towel and the condition of the towel have highlighted above. Staff are courteous and were welcoming. I should say that is another plus point. We were told the restaurant is not operational so had to order food from outside and thats fine.

The location of the hotel is good and the view from the super deluxe room is also very good and scenic. But, the condition of the rooms were not very good. In one deluxe room a/c was not working properly. Also, in our room after one night stay we found a big alive scorpion, which shows no fumigation. Terrible situation. But, this i think is merely a coincidence. Overall the hotel and its services are more or less satisfactory.

Room was small, and not clean. The walls were showing signs of water seepage. Switch boards were in bad condition. Overall not worth the amount that they charge.
