The hotel has become quiet old. I did not find it worthy of the cost they are selling it for. The bathrooms are not great and we had booked two rooms of the same category in which one of the beds had a faulty mattress. The pool is not maintained for anyone to use this, the food has too much salt and the staff was not at all helpful. We were charged 1200 per night extra because we had a child with us of 7 years old and his presence made the capacity to 5 people instead of 4 however when we asked for an extra mattress in the room, they said that will be another 1200. So what was the initial 1200 for?

1. Location is amazing ++
2. Food ala carte is good but breakfast is disappointing , the staff is very unwilling to get you items from their live menu ,you won’t feel like eating
3. They purposefully shut the outside section by putting water on the tables
4. Had to call room service thrice before getting a response .
5. 3 star hotel with less than 1 star service

have been a regular visitor to the hotel. gr8 hotel with fantastic food and very friendly staff. we appreciate the small things how the hotel takes care of their guests. The property is very clean and we'll maintained. would love to visit again.

Very bad experience, unhygienic, no maintenance, no professionalism, very old property, not clean at all not all recommended, food is also not good, only the view is fine, apart from that nothing is

We were disappointed with the quality of service and food which is generally very good at Ravine. We had to struggle to get water. The biryani for dinner was stale. The response time for any request was infinite. The bread of bread butter was stale too I will think twice before going back again.

Hi. Our stay was excellent. The view was super excellent. Overall great stay. Just one observation. The dining tables in the open terrace have dried food lodged in the crevices. The tables need to be cleaned of food particles on a regular basis. I understand the tables will get dusty since it's in open. But there are dried food particles lodged in the crevices
