Peaceful Haven: Nivanta Hotel Mahabaleshwar is a true sanctuary amidst the beauty of nature. From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in a sense of peace and tranquility that stayed with me throughout my stay. My valley view room provided breathtaking vistas of the surrounding landscapes, with the mountains looming majestically in the distance. It was a sight that took my breath away every single day. The room itself was spacious and beautifully appointed, with every comfort thoughtfully provided for. And when it comes to relaxation, the outside sitout was the perfect spot to unwind and take in the beauty of the mountains. Surrounded by the sounds of nature, I felt truly at peace – a feeling that I will carry with me long after I've left.

The hotel is bad, the staff is also bad, they don't give information, the driver doesn't have any facilities, they don't give proper information to the customers, they go around and talk, no one should go to this hotel. . ....................

Room was spacious and luxury, the view from the balcony is breathtaking. Staff behaviour was and well trained. Food was so delicious. There have some game also if you not going for sightseeing. Wonderful stay at nivanta by royara. I will sure visit again.

Good hotel, reliable, clean, spacious room, very good service, polite hotel boys and reception, hot water , beds comfortable, hot cooked breakfast, free WIFi centre position , If we ever come this way ,will choose this hotel.

Unlike the many positive reviews about this hotel, ours was not pleasant at all. We stay in this hotel for 4 nights and 5 days - Wed to Sun. We saw two sides to this hotel- 1. Week-days experience: No hot water (excuses made that the water was ON - we bathed with cold water for 2 days until we confronted on the third day). Internet: very flaky and often went in 'connecting mode' often the internet was unavailable after 11pm. Lights: some lights were flashing and were not dealt with until confronted on day 3 TV: most channels were out of subscription l, smart TV option did not work and the remote was out of battery 2. Weekends: we noticed that the hot water and internet all worked brilliantly well since Friday night! Until then, we were perhaps the only couple staying there - so a very contradictory experience for us to see such a remarkable difference! Few tips: 1. Save yourself some money: We noticed that the weekend rates were discounted by 75% and sadly we had paid full price. 2. No refunds offered for poor service (on case booking via Agoda - they mention that for refunds, talk to the hotel direct. Sadly, the hotel referred us back to Agoda - beware of this passing on the buck game in case you are tricked. 3. The snooker table is chargeable (not mentioned anywhere) - they charge INR 250. 4. The lift does not work for first floor, so beware in case you have heavy bags. 5. Although the staff was generally very kind, after our confrontation - they blocked our account from any reviews - which explains why their high rating!!! Overall, look for all the traps - the stay is certainly not recommended for weekdays!
