Perfect peaceful jungle location, away from the hustle and bustle, setting the perfect tone for our team’s creativity and focus. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The conference halls were modern and well-equipped, ideal for both large meetings and smaller group sessions. Meals were delicious with a variety of dishes. The hotel offered great activities like nature walks and sauna. Staff were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure our experience was seamless. Overall a perfect combination of productivity and relaxation.

Recently went there with the team to mark company milestone, upon arrival greeted with hotel manager AKA owner's son from what he told. Asked for the keys we were asked to wait and it's 2pm, "we asked why so late check-in". 2 word answer "room service". Room service what???? Either way we waited and they swapped one of the room no worries it happens. Then we asked for iron and iron stand we had booked conference room for the event. The manager said we don't provide iron due to safety reason, really and you guys have conference halls for formal events. That too no brainier, with little or more creases we went to the conference hall, their sound systems does not work, we let it pass again, we had a cake cutting ceremony, where we were told to cut the cake but don't eat it in conference hall, but why? Are we not paying for the service and what harm does it do when we eat the cake after all we are there to celebrate, still it's their rule and we agreed. Now we were allocated a dinner banquet upon visiting the banquet it was packed with other companies people drinking and dancing ok a fun atmosphere but we booked the banquet for us and why are we getting disturbed in our dinner? Still things like these happen you over booked and couldn't accommodate everyone it's ok. Now for drinking and barbecue we were told no music after 12am and we agreed but we were assured we can drink and have fun in our allocated space, which was fair given the nature other guests would be disturbed if we continue the music, fast forward at 11:45pm the music was closed by the resort staff, well that's ok too still we can enjoy the conversation and drinks, at 1:00am we asked for the resort staff to bring us our drinks and he replies the owner has locked your drinks????? Owner did what???? We asked the staff to call the manager and manager thrashed him on phone to not call and let him sleep.oh wow what just happened, we paid for the service and this is how we are getting treated, I asked the staff to call the owner then and after God know how many attempt of the call the owner came and what he said shocked me leave the resort now and it 2am in night,and leave for what, because we abided by all your rules from the moment of arrival, because we agreed to all the charges you mentioned or was it because we asked the drinks we purchased and paid the corkage charge for, oh I know it's because you had to wake up. I couldn't take my team at 2am with female team members on board I couldn't do that, I waited till 5 am in the morning asked the owner to prepare our bill we will checkout and with zero ethics he charged us with service we haven't even consumed breakfast and lunch, I guess breakfast was the cold behavior that was shown to us and lunch was asking us to leave at 2am. I asked why so much charge and owner says if you can't pay then don't pay and leave. What is going on here can a customer not even ask how charges are occured. Great property located away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Good road accessibility and tasty food. New, specious property so everything is clean and well maintained. Amazing hospitality and the team at Sky Garden worked tirelessly to make sure that everything ran smoothly for our large group.
