La Isabela Suites exceeded my expectations. It was everything I had hoped it would be. Stayed in the main building in a beautiful 2 BD suite with 2 ensuite baths, full kitchen and living room. The suite opened to a lovely courtyard and there was also a balcony. Décor was beautiful throughout the suite. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. Bottled water was provided daily. The location was perfect, a few steps to dining and many shops. Other dining and shopping were within blocks and easy to get to. For sightseeing farther away, Uber service was very affordable and punctual. I’ve saved the best for last and that is the staff at La Isabela provided impeccable service. Their professionalism and wonderful personality made for a most enjoyable stay. They were ready to provide recommendations for whatever I was interested in. The GM, Andres, worked with me from the beginning and I felt very comfortable transacting business with him. La Isabela Suites was full of charm, culture, old world beauty, and ambience to name a few of its offerings. I made an excellent decision to stay there instead of regular chain hotels. I will always stay at la Isabela Suites when I visit again, always.

What a hidden gem! Spacious suites in the heart of Casco Viejo- we were pleasantly surprised by the suites and the attentive service we received - enough that we stayed on our return as well! Prearranged car service for airport pick up and drop off was both reasonably priced and seamless. Restaurant recommendations were perfect. Morning coffee on our balcony overlooking the city was a perfect way to start the day! The staff was amazing- courteous and informative always! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Fantastic stay! Location was amazing, the balconies on the suites were romantic and gorgeous, the inner courtyard was like a private oasis, the amenities themselves were fantastic, and the staff were beyond helpful. Truly a hidden gem and I am so glad we stayed there. Would absolutely book again in a heartbeat! Also, for those looking at the suites -- the bedrooms are separate bedrooms with ensuites and then there's also a large living room and kitchen! This is like a full 2 bedroom apartment!

So we stayed here after arriving in Panama , great staff and team ! Beautiful rooms and walking distance to anything you want ! The old city is just plain great ! We toured Panama and two weeks later we came back ! Great crew , great rooms , great prices We followed recommendations on dinners and tours and were spot on ! Will come back ! We liked La Isabella Suites a lot. My daughter and I each had our own bedroom and bathroom in the heart of old town Panama City. In addition, our suite had a nice kitchen and two balconies, one facing the street and one facing the inside courtyard. There was no elevator, but there was 24-four hour desk serivce for anyone needing help with luggage.

We had a wonderful stay at La Isabella. Arranged for a driver to pick us up at the airport for a fee. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite was huge and comfortable and well stocked for our family of 5. The balcony overlooking the street was an added plus. Tv had Netflix. The location was excellent for food, bars and shops. There were vendors, music and entertainment on the square on Sunday. The staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the La Isabella.
