RUN FOR YOUR HEALTH! COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE AT NIGHT. UNIT 16B is where we stayed. VRBO website hasn't shown a review in over a month, probably because of this! Go read all the Google reviews on how many people had a roach problem. There are multiple units in this building that can be rented on VRBO or AirBnB and I highly doubt my unit 16B was an isolated issue of roaches given the numerous other reviews I just read on Google. I only wish we would have seen the Google reviews before we booked this place. *VRBO isn't even allowing me to leave a review anywhere, no option to do so* NIGHT 1: We arrived at the unit in the late afternoon. We were hungry so we didn't unpack anything yet. My husband did see 1 small roach near the door of the bedroom. He grabbed some tissue and killed it. We didn't think anything of it at the time. We came back from dinner, played some family card games at the dining table, and then my family of four showered to get ready for bed. Myself, my husband, and my youngest son were already in bed with the lights off. My other son was taking a shower. It had probably been about 45 minutes at this point with all the lights off. When my son came out of the shower, he saw bugs that were roaches in his bathroom and walking out toward the kitchen. He came and woke us up. We started looking around and found them everywhere in the apartment. They were in our clothes, book bag, my purse, and crawling all over the floor in each room. We immediately started shaking every piece of clothing, our suitcases, everything for the next 90 minutes and packed up to leave. It was almost one o'clock in the morning. It was absolutely disgusting. They were in every single room of the apartment. We packed up and left. Then when we left there is no guardsman downstairs to return the keys to. We brought the key back to the guardsman the next morning and explained the situation. We also showed them photos (language barrier). We literally saw over 80 roaches in the last 90 minutes of packing our things. It is very disgusting. I took some photos, but as you can imagine we just wanted to get out of there and not pack any with us. When I contacted VRBO, they said they needed to investigate and contact the Host. The next morning, I received the attached email stating the host would not issue a refund. This is absolutely not acceptable. So, a rental unit has a roach infestation, does not disclose it, and the guests are just supposed to sleep with so many roaches and let the roaches crawl into their bags and belongings. This is okay with VRBO? Do you think for one moment if the listing said there were roaches, anyone would book to stay there? VRBO should be ashamed of themselves for allowing the host to get away with this. I have attached numerous photos that we took while packing our things. The host and owner of the unit would rather try to keep my money. I am sharing my displeasure with VRBO in the review for allowing the host to disregard my extreme

I was amazed at how large my apartment was! It was very spacious and clean. The kitchen area had everything you desired. The pool on the roof was nice. The security guards were very friendly and helpful. However, a big disappointment with the wifi. It was never dependable and frequently cut out. If you want to play online games, forget it as you will be cut out of any games at any time. An unexpected treat is that Charlies Cream is just around the corner. I went there every day! The pastries and desserts are exceptional! They also have a kitchen menu. There is a Buffalo Wild Wings just three blocks away.

The place was very clean and spacious

just right for my week long stay. great location. Great view from the 21st floor. Was just r\ight for my week long stay.
