We liked the location as it is walking distance from metro and all the attractions or you can take an Uber for under $10 for most places. Breakfast had good variety and included vegetarian choices of fresh fruits, eggs, cereals, breads, coffee, tea etc. There is a travel agency in the lobby to help you plan the trips. Very clean. Rooftop pool is quite big and clean.

La peor experiencia de mi vida nunk había pasado tan incómodo en un hotel los 4 días sin aire y con calor había ácaros cucarachas ahí tengo los videos y las fotos nunk hicieron x solucionarme nada

Es un lugar que en fotos se ve mejor y en persona es feo y antiguo no tienen parqueo en la propiedad si no a la vuelta pero lo cual es incómodo caminar hacia y desde hotel la comida no tiene un buen sabor y no tienen muchas opciones la habitación el agua caliente mucho tiempo para que sea caliente televisión antigua
Cortinas viejas mal pintado el extractor del baño hace mucho ruido de verdad crei diferente este hotel no lo recomendaría

This is the worst hotel I've been in Panama City. My room wasn't available so the gave another one with 2 beds, so I went to the room and it was occupied, then they gave another one and it was occupied too. Their system is broken, they don't know which rooms are empty or clean.
Finally, when I got an empty room, it has no towels so I needed to go down to the front desk because they never answer the phone in the reception. Next day I realized towels and sheets had stains, so disgusting. The building looks dirty, old and smells funny. Some walls are leaking water front the A/C.
Internet doesn't work in the rooms, only in the lobby and restaurants area. They gave me a free meal after complaining twice in the front desk.
I know hotels in this area are not the best but this is an international hotel chain, so it is not fair you charge more for an hotel in so poor conditions, I’ve been in cheaper hotels in the neighborhood and the offer better facilities and service.
I've been in other Faranda hotels in different countries and this is not a nice place. Shame on you.
