Transiting in Panama, as a platinum member of IHG One Rewards, I can only say that I am so disappointed here.
First of all, at any InterContinental Group hotel, the front desk will help me enter my membership card number, and some will state that there are no points. Here, a dark-skinned lady at the front desk refused to enter it directly.
Secondly, although I know that there are few supplies in the rooms of hotels in Central and South America, this hotel did not even have drinking water. Not to mention toothbrushes, slippers, razors, etc. The toilet tank has old cracks, the washbasin also has cracks, the cover of the washbasin drain is missing, some lights are not on, and some switches are stuck and cannot be pressed... In order to prevent malicious claims from the hotel, I can only take pictures quickly.
Then, I don’t know if it is a cargo yard or a logistics loading and unloading area outside the hotel. There are always sudden loud noises, and the glass windows are not soundproof at all.
In addition, the hotel's air conditioner has been reinstalled. The original central air conditioner was scrapped, leaving the louvers. The newly installed air conditioner compressor is very noisy, like the noise of a fixed-frequency window air conditioner. It starts and stops frequently, blows towards the bed, and cannot be adjusted.
Finally, the hotel's bedding is really dirty. It is covered with something like a towel blanket or a large bath towel, which is very thin. But to be honest, the bedding has been changed, and it is purely a black mark that cannot be washed off. And the room is cleaned fairly cleanly.
I have stayed at the nearby Riande Aeropuerto Hotel ****** before. Compared with it, the price of this hotel is really cheap, the breakfast is similar, and it is more in line with Chinese tastes.
The shuttle bus of this hotel is very punctual, and there are many people on the bus. The driver is enthusiastic and will take the initiative to help carry luggage. It runs once an hour, which is also convenient. There is a hotel logo on the bus, which is easy to identify.
In short, I will not stay here again in the future, unless the price of other hotels is too high, so high that I can't afford it, and I really don't want to see their front desk again.
