I find it incomprehensible how Hilton can lend its name to this farce. In short, it is a deplorable place and the service is terrible. It seems like we are doing them a favor by being there, since the staff have no idea of their role; they are rude and totally unmotivated, and only know how to say "it's the hotel's fault, not mine," as if they don't work there. My room had no air conditioning and the only thing they could offer was a room at the front, but no shuttle service. It was 11pm and they expected me to move with all my luggage to a crappy hotel. Finally, they lent me a fan to put in front of the bed. I had a miserable night. In the morning, I had no expectations for breakfast, and I was right. It is supposed to be from 6 to 10, but at 8 I had to fight with another guest for a slice of bread. Not to mention the cleaning, which was disgusting. The worst thing is that they offered me a refund and that I should write here to see if the app would solve it. Please do not trust this hotel, it is an absolute disgrace, you will leave disappointed, sweaty, and hungry! In the end, at the reception they threatened me with calling the police to get me out of the hotel, and that I was filming them. Miserables!

Una mala atencion, no me gusto para nada el hotel, la habitacion tenia focos quemados o rotos, una iluminacion muy mala, las paredes estaban humedas, la limpieza es muy mala, supongo que la o el mucama no le gusta su trabajo, el desayuno repetitivo nada rico. El personal en general nada amable.
