I find it incomprehensible how Hilton can lend its name to this farce. In short, it is a deplorable place and the service is terrible. It seems like we are doing them a favor by being there, since the staff have no idea of their role; they are rude and totally unmotivated, and only know how to say "it's the hotel's fault, not mine," as if they don't work there. My room had no air conditioning and the only thing they could offer was a room at the front, but no shuttle service. It was 11pm and they expected me to move with all my luggage to a crappy hotel. Finally, they lent me a fan to put in front of the bed. I had a miserable night. In the morning, I had no expectations for breakfast, and I was right. It is supposed to be from 6 to 10, but at 8 I had to fight with another guest for a slice of bread. Not to mention the cleaning, which was disgusting. The worst thing is that they offered me a refund and that I should write here to see if the app would solve it. Please do not trust this hotel, it is an absolute disgrace, you will leave disappointed, sweaty, and hungry! In the end, at the reception they threatened me with calling the police to get me out of the hotel, and that I was filming them. Miserables!

This hotel was one of the worst my family and I have visited. The first morning we stayed the toilet overflowed and flooded our entire room because the plumbing at this hotel is a joke. We were forced to move to another floor and the plumbing there was the same. When we complained we were told that we were at fault because we were expected to know that you shouldn’t flush toilet paper in Panama City?! We had visited a number of different hotels and Air B&Bs and all of them were strong enough to handle toilet paper. Plus some other places that we visited provided signs ( which this hotel didn’t) stating what not to flush. In addition to this the walls were stained and metal fixtures in the bathrooms were rusty. The pool is nothing like in their website- looked green and moldy!! Overall this hotel was below standard that I expected from the Hilton Brand!!

Este hotel tiene varios puntos a favor 1. El servicio es muy bueno, el personal es muy amable 2. La ubicación es muy buena 3. Tiene buen parqueo 4. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, bastante amplias. Sin embargo, tiene algunos puntos no tan buenos: 1. El desayuno siempre es el mismo, y no tiene ni un poquito de variedad, estuvimos 4 días y ya el último día decidimos desayunar afuera. Al 3er día ni fruta pusieron. Nos habíamos quedado en el hampton de david y el desayuno es muy superior. 2. El restaurante nos pareció que solo abría para el desayuno. El domingo cuando llegamos estaba todo apagado y no nos hablaron sobre la disponibilidad del restaurante los demás días, entonces no sé puede pensar en cenar ahí. 3. Es práctica común en los hoteles de no poner 3 toallas en la habitación cuando se reserva 2 adultos y un niño, pero el último día solo pusieron un paño para los 3! Si seria bueno poner la cantidad de toallas dependiendo de las personas en la habitación. Como dije antes es una práctica común pero se apreciaría tener uno por persona. En fin, es un hotel para pasar la noche, esta bien pero en comparación con otros hampton hay otros mejores.

Stayed here for 1 night during a short visit to Panama city. I am a Hilton Diamond member so I booked the standard room and we usually get a free upgrade, didnt happen this time which is fine as it was a short trip. We did get free late check out until 2pm and complimentary bottles of water. The reception staff was very nice and pleasant, and made sure we felt welcome. The hotel's location is good if you wish to be in the financial district. It is walking distance to Via Espana, and Via Argentina is a short walk away as well so you can be sure there will be plenty to choose from as far as restaurants and bars. It rained very hard the night I was there so I ended up having dinner at the next door restaurant, a very good Japanese joint called Matusuei. My only complain would be the pool, it needs a little TLC. Although they do offer towels, the pool area itself lacks ambience, maybe a little background music (nothing too loud or vulgar) and a little artwork on the walls would help. There is no bar up in the rooftop, but I did see a lady bringing beverages from the lobby to some of the patrons up there. I brought my own beer and food (which is allowed as far as I was told). I believe you can also buy a day pass to use the pool and showers. Bedding was good, very consistent with other Hilton brand hotels I have stayed at. Overall a good stay but nothing to write home about.

Horrible Hotel, it can not a Hilton hotel chain, room is in bad condition, shower with mould, mattress is bad, furniture is damaged with glue residue, no usb plugs, desk can not provide adapters, room was dirty, full of hair, towels was dirty, dirty walls, broken iron, breakfast OMG, plastic plates and cups, just bananas, butter, slices of bread, I had to buy my own ham as there is nothing available, coffee, instant juice, and goes on and on, avoids staying there, is not a Hilton chain, don’t make this Mistake.

Beautiful lobby, very good mattress, king size. Room and hallway a little dated but overall very clean and pleasant. Breakfast could have better options such as whole wheat bread, fresh croissant. Reception held our bags for us more than once, great service attitude.
