The Hotel is very nice with very good cleaning ladies and friendly staff. The breakfast is basic. While it’s easy to take metro and other public transportation, it’s not easy to go to the Casco Viejo without Uber. Overall it’s been a good stay.

Hotel not brand new but well renovated. Upon arrival they gave us the famous room with the bathroom without a door (#1006) then after request, they changed our room.
New bathroom, but the rest of the room (#503) a bit dated, carpet headboard of the bed. Very comfortable bed, but soundproofing between the rooms a bit poor. Nice and well equipped gym. The pool on the 2nd floor is a bit noisy and smelly, given the various ventilations.
Abundant breakfast, but for us Europeans without bread, but with pancakes, toast bread and various morsels, and many other things.

Территория отеля под охраной. Очень приветливые сотрудники на ресепшен. В моем номере был очень маленький балкон. В номерах достаточно тихо, не слышно соседей и шума с улицы. В номере было все необходимое и в рабочем состоянии. Хотелось бы немного улучшить качество уборки. Завтрак был разнообразным, можно было выбрать на любой вкус. В целом за свои деньги очень достойный отель.
