They need a little more attention to their guests. When we arrived at the room, the coffee maker was damaged and they did not replace it. As for breakfast, I asked for a coffee to my table, and it did not arrive either.

Nice hotels for families and business travelers.. service and amenities are good.. absolutely no complaints.. pool is very small and it was a major disappointment. gym is good. Overall a good and pleasant day. Quite a few restaurants and bar just opposite the hotel. Will definitely stay here next time.

The room was very clean and the service was very good. The extra charge of $30 for early check-in in the morning was very friendly!
The breakfast was very good, but the decoration was a bit old. The advantage was that it was very close to the old town, and it was also convenient for the celebrity check-in streets and cafes ✌️

This hotel is very close to F&F Tower, about 10 minutes walk, and about 30 minutes by taxi from Panama Airport, but the hotel is too old, the room is large and musty, and the washbasin is also open. At the entrance of the swimming pool on the 4th floor of the hotel, there are washing machines and dryers for free use, which is very practical in Panama where it often rains. The hotel breakfast is quite satisfactory, and the transportation is also convenient.
