During our stay, we noticed the curtains and lampshade in the room were disappointingly dirty. While most staff members were friendly, one front desk staff handled a situation with a soiled pillowcase unprofessionally. Although we were willing to pay $10 each for replacements, addressing the issue by calling us to the front desk instead of discreetly visiting our room was awkward, especially with other guests present in the lobby. Additionally, the room was booked for three guests, so consistently having to request the third towel and coffee cup was extremely inconvenient. Despite these issues, the overall stay was satisfactory.

We spent two nights at the Victoria Hotel on a visit to the Panama Canal. It is centrally located between the airport and the canal. You can take an Uber anywhere in the city for about $10. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The is a rooftop pool which was enjoyed by the kids. Breakfast was not included in our rate, but there is a grab and go across the street, and there are many dining option within walking distance.

It is a very nice hotel, well located in downtown Panama. The rooms are big and well equiped. The breakfast is good, with variety. The restaurant is open till late at night for dinner. There are restaurants, car rental and shops nearby. Good service

En primer lugar, debo decir que creo que este hotel tiene habitaciones reformadas y otras no (por las fotos que han colgado otros viajeros) A nosotros nos tocaron estas últimas. Eran destartaladas y enormes. Tenían un salón inmenso anexo, con televisor (y otro en la habitación) muy grande. Todo era grande. La cama grande también y cómoda. El baño bien, pero la ducha era fija y no salía bien el agua. No nos ha resultado muy cómodo ducharnos. Había una nevera, pero en nuestro caso, ni calentador de agua, café o té como vimos en otras habitaciones. Nos pusieron una botellita de agua al llegar y nunca más. La limpieza general regular. Un poco impresión de viejecillo todo Menos mal que la wifi funcionaba bien. Las zonas comunes estaban mejor. Más arregladas. En la azotea hay una pequeña piscina con vistas bonitas del skyline, muy agradable (no había nadie) Los chicos de recepción eran muy eficientes.
