Son muy amables los muchachos, pero la propiedad mantiene un olor a alcantarilla nada agradable y hay jates . Deberían mejorar en esas áreas. Estan bien ubicados

Las habitaciones sucias (olor a humedad) , lo mismo el baño, placard con pintura descascarada y sin puertas. Cajas fuertes están y no andan. CUCARACHAS! Cortina, vieja, sucia y no cierran bien. Tuve que pedir toallas, me llevaron dos, pero jamás toallas chicas para la cara. Tuve que pedir shampoo, me dieron 1 chiquito para 2 personas, 4 días! Nunca me dieron acondicionador. El secador de pelo está, pero para variar, no anda. Que decir del desayuno!. La chica que lo sirve de mala gana te da las cosas y te contesta de mala manera. Hay cantidad limitada de comida, así que mejor ir temprano! Yo después de ver las cucarachas, no desayuné mas ahí. Lo único bueno para resaltar es la amabilidad de los dos chicos varones que están en la recepción, no así las chicas.

Property condition is dated. Parking was difficult as spaces were small and very limited. Access to parking was rough. Reception staff was inconsistent -- one was "surely" while other 2 were helpful and worked with me to solve issues. Took them 3 days to fix clogged drain. Breakfast was adequate but choices limited -- got job done.
Overall hotel served purpose. Centrally located in Panama City. Would stay again.

Excellent location! Very close to Iglesia del Carmen Church. Very close to El Rey supermarket and Riba Smith supermarket. Very helpful employees. They readily make change of 10 or 20 dollar bills. Taxis are readily available outside along Via España street. Very good and reasonably priced on-site restaurant

Jamás pensé que un hotel pudiera fallar tan gravemente en algo tan básico como la privacidad y la seguridad de sus huéspedes. Mientras dormía, ¡los empleados del hotel entraron a mi habitación sin previo aviso ni autorización! Imagina despertarte con extraños en tu espacio personal, en lo que debería ser tu refugio seguro. Fue una experiencia aterradora, humillante y completamente inexcusable. No solo me sentí vulnerado, sino que la administración apenas mostró interés en ofrecer una solución o disculpa adecuada. ¿Qué clase de lugar permite algo así? Si valoras tu tranquilidad, seguridad y privacidad, aléjate de este hotel. Este incidente no solo arruinó mi estadía, sino que dejó una marca imborrable en mi confianza hacia este lugar. ¡Nunca más!
