The best place to go if you need to unwind, relax and be greeted with a friendly smile and service. Veronica gave me one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve had and Marlis was attentive and was always available to answer any questions I had. The spa was clean and well maintained a beautiful place to get pampered and relax in the steam room to destress. Highly recommend. Thank you ladies! xx

The staff at the Bristol is fantastic—friendly, helpful and warm. That includes the wonderful breakfast/restaurant staff. Accommodations are comfortable (great beds) and really nice bathrooms. Great location, close to good restaurants and cafés. Would stay at the Bristol again.

An absolutely fantastic hotel! Nice and very clean room with amazing view. Lovely bed and wonderful vibe. A very relaxing place with fantastic service. Very nice pool area between the two towers in the middle of the city, very good location. I will come back for sure!

Hello my name is Wayne and I am staying at the bristles hotel in Panama I have travelled most of the world and I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels but I would like to make a comment and this being my first social media comment in my life that my experience at this hotel it was five stars mainly because of the staff and I mean the complete stop specifically the front desk Joanna an alliance and Alicia were the best of the best of any hotel I stayed at in my life they are fantastic woman and they made my stay incredibly comfortable and it was

The staff is so friendly. The rooms are nice and clean. I would for you to offer a wider selectiom for breakfast. The bar tender who worked on the night of October 13th was super friendly and made us some great drinks. At the bar next to the lobby.
