Good place. Good value. In the business center, close to some malls and restaurants and fast food chains. The pool is nice. There is a ceiling fan and ac machine. The room was small but could fit everything on the shelves. Fast internet. Could leave my bag after I checked out for a couple of hours.

I stayed in a single room, it's tiny, very small and has no window, but the bed is comfortable and there's air conditioning in the room. Breakfast was included, simple but tasty. There's an excellent pool in the hostel, wonderful for the late afternoon in that extremely hot city. The area is great, close to the subway and bus stop on Balboa Avenue (coastal belt). I arrived at 7 in the morning and they wouldn't let me check in at all, everyone had to wait until 2 pm (2 pm). There's no luggage room. But they'll take my luggage while we're waiting to check in. I met a lot of people there, it was great! If I go back to Panama I'll stay there again.
