Not really what you would expect of this brand. Paying for the view is 90% of the rate here and only 10% is the hotel. Our fridge/stove was heavily rusted and both in sad need of repair. Bed was bowed in the middle. Floor was gross, had to wear sandals everywhere just to say clean, let alone the chunks that were lifting up. Parking is awful, only reason you can park currently is the nearby Ramada is closed . Once that hotel reopens parking will be impossible The view however was 110%, unobstructed ocean view. If you just need a hotel to be on the beach and don’t care about the rest this is the place. $20 resort fee which was disclosed but still irks me every time. Only reason I give it a 2/5 is because of the view, accommodations is about a 1/5 and the view is a 5/5.

Coming here was so refreshing, I really enjoyed my stay , the room was clean and well managed , I had 1 minor issue initially but Tanesha was so amazing. She took care of all my needs so friendly and kind and very attentive.i would definitely be coming back in the near future

Waiting to see if hurricane comes and staff is still upbeat especially Taneshea she is giving high fives all around room is comfortable with a great view we got a king suite with kitchenette and it is spacious with comfortable furniture and the coffee in the lobby is delish

We had a wonderful experience! we had the privilege to check in and check out with Tanesla, she was professional, warm, friendly and joy to be around. Every staff member we interacted with was nice and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was surprisingly very comfortable with nice pillows. We had an all around wonderful experience and enjoyed our happy place in comfort. Thank you, and we will defiantly be back!

What a wonderful hotel. We were treated with awesome service and the front desk was great. Tanesha was so great with all requests. Great location and great clean hotel . Highly recommend.If you’re ever in Panama City Beach. This is the place to stay .

Great time at the beach, room was clean and quite all beach side views with balcony's. Great location easy access to everything. Easy parking did not have to cross a street like some locations. Check in and out was fast and friendly. Tanesla was awesome and quickly resolved a billing glitch.

Check in was a hassel. Husband booked but wasn't staying. I had to show military ID with his name on it even though payment was made on my credit card. The room and shower were awesome. Therefore, 1 star. No breakfast, only valet parking on site. No housecleaning cleaning until 4th day. Outside hallway with air gaps around entry door makes it hard to sleep with traffic noise. Immediately charged for incidentals which we never incurred. Waiting on my refund. Go somewhere else and I'm a loyal Choice Hotel customer. PS. They did give coupons we never used. 10% off breakfast. Really??

Very relaxing, Great location with multiple great food outlets within walking distance. The views are amazing! The staff is very friendly and is always looking for an opportunity to recommend nearby places, food and activities. My family and I had an awesome stay!
