We are a quick 3 minute walk to the beach with TWO public access areas across from the Wendwood community on Front Beach Rd in PCB. 2 miles west of Pier Park shopping and entertainment. 2 bedrooms / 2 baths. We have prepared this home for you with all the extras you need. Unit I-1 is located in the building beside the community pool. Bedroom 1 has a King Bed featuring private bath and private entry, Bedroom 2 has a Queen Bed. Hall full bath. 1 parking pass included with stay additional parking pass is $25 max car space 2 3 night minimum *Minimum Age for booking guest is 25 per the condo rules.
