Me and my husband are very satisfied with our stay other than the floors were not that clean and we ended up with the 200 deposit twice but it was refunded

Absolutely love how clean and well kept the property is. Convenient to choices of things to do like sunset cruises and dolphin watching. Absolutely love the private beach to watch the boats go by. The property is so beautiful. Glad to have access to the very clean pool, laundry room , game room , bikes and spa. I will be booking again real soon.

Horrible experience while getting a room that was completely unacceptable from outlets and phone not working, broken shower handle, hole in shower curtain, a green glob in middle of mirror, dim lighting in bathroom, and broken shelving unit setting on ground, etc. Rooms not ready upon arrival and service did not install new shower curtain. Will not go back to this resort and do NOT recommend.

Multiple issues from lack of cleanliness to poorly maintained room. We walked in to see a big puddle of water in main lobby with no wet Floor signs up & at nearly 4pm then, told “Room was not Ready as, was still being cleaned”. Upon entering Room we found our View was of a Roof, Bathroom Towels were Stained/Wet, toothpaste on counter backsplash, Bathroom Vent hanging down & half a Roll of Toilet Paper. Called Front Desk, told to leave Towels on Floor in Hallway & Clean Towels/Toilet Paper would be brought up, 20 or so minutes later we were handed a Bag of Towels & a Roll of “Paper Towels” that, we had to Fold & place in Bathroom ourselves. Went to unpack to find the Sliding Closet Doors (both we’re together in the Middle when arrived) would not close as, slide left to right & vice a versus; you also had to hold the doors open just to hang up & remove cloths otherwise they slammed into your arms. Upon opening dressers they had hair/dirt in them & dresser on top Left fell out when opened. There was dirt & Food Wrappers under bed closest to door. We cleaned these items as, we were not going to waste anymore of our time having to wait for someone to come & clean when it should have already been cleaned especially when we’d been told “it was being cleaned up until we were able to check in which was after 4pm”. The 2nd Day had to call Front Desk again as, TV was not Working. Elevators were concerning as, 2 incidents we thought we were going to be stuck in them. Walked along catwalk from Room to Elevators which clearly halls & Railings were not cleaned or vacuumed as, there was debris on the Floor in Front of 1 Room & a Dead Moth/other bugs on railings our entire stay. We kick ourselves everyday that we let ourselves get conned into buying Bluegreen Points as, with ever poor experience, excuses why the Property is in that condition & calls to come to meet during our Vacation it just becomes more infuriating & then to top it off every time you turn around prices are increasing, there’s website issues, etc.,. We don’t come on Vacation to have to sit in our Room & wait for your Staff to deliver clean towels, “re-clean” our Room or come & make Repairs as, once we’ve unpacked we don’t want your Staff in & out of our Room when we’re not there because, clearly Staff can’t even be trusted to properly clean/maintain Rooms so, we certainly don’t want them in our Room once we’ve put our belongings in there nor, should we have to. We know nothing will come of the issues we had because, you’ve already taken our Points & Hotel was made aware but, choose to ignore us which, shows the major difference between Bluegreen & Higher Quality Accommodations because, for the rare issues you might have with them they, would at least provide some sort of compensation,

Wanted a couple of days away for our anniversary so we chose Bayside since we own Bluegreen points. I wanted to be able To sit on the balcony looking at the water early in the morning to start the day. The balcony is about 2 feet deep and has 2 folding chairs on it. The bay is more of a marsh and not very appealing. My husband has mobility problems so we were not able to visit their beach since it is about a mile walk on a pier to get there. We never did discover where the hot tubs were hidden but the pool looked nice. Over all I was disappointed and will not be returning too many nice places to visit with lots more available to do. It was a quiet place and pretty clean but lacking amenities.

The pools were great. The room had only one usb port, not cleaning the room or even the garage, there were problems with the elevators - extremely slow working. NO ATM machines at all- guests do need this even at a cashless property for other things. The concierge was unfamiliar with the area. Sent us to somewhere that was not what we asked for. Only the one restaurant. Definitely won't recommend.
