The hotel is in a good location but the customer service is awful. I have been staying at various hotels and out of all of them this is the worst. I have been asked numerous times if the card I'm paying with is mine! I won't be staying at this hotel again. The cleanliness of my room is another story. I have brought my wipes and cleaned my room myself.

The room is conveniently placed near a major highway and only a 20 minute drive to the beach! The horrible downfall is the cleanliness of the facility to the point of being uncomfortable for a full nights stay!

Hotels is nice fairly new the ladies at the front desk are rude but house keeping is very helpful.

Love friendliness of all the staff. Have smoking rooms, which most hotels no longer offer. The pool looks beautiful but to be honest I have never been in it as usually to cold in October for me. Only problem we have found is google route trys to take you in a back entrance that the hotel does not have!

Old, Dirty, & Scary. Lots of of splattered debris on walls & floors. The smell was horrible. We went to the breakfast 30 minutes before it was supposed to close and there were 3 pieces of stale brown bread, 3 kids’ boxes of trix cereal, & a few kids yogurts.

Just sleep outside bc the room is similar. Very poor, low quality. Extremely filthy room. just sleep in your car.

We rented two rooms. One was on the bottom floor on one side of motel and the other was on the second floor on other side. The bottom room had traces of bed bugs, mold all along the bottom of bed skirt. Our neighbors were smoking so much green leaf that our kids were coughing. The ac didn’t work. Room was filthy . Looked like boogers all over wall. We immediately asked for a refund and left. Staff didn’t seem to care that rooms were in such disarray.
