Enough is enough I have waiting since June to receive a refund from this hotel. Currently have been waiting 3 days for a phone call from the General Manager. Long story short Arrived in town with my family to decorate for a wedding was told the hotel was newly renovated on the phone, clearly not true there was holes in the bathroom door. I ended up having an allergy attack due to cigarette and **** smoke all on the 2nd floor told the front desk nothing was done but said I don’t know why people smoke in here. Also we were awakened by a man beating his girlfriend in the next room for almost an hour. I tried to hold off and give them a chance to make things right but I will be calling The Better Business Bureau

The hotel was nice, very cozy, rooms were nice and clean. The hotel was located in a quiet part of town. The hotel was surrounded by beautiful greenery, the pool was nice and relaxing. Worth the stay in Panama City!

Lovely hotel. Nice rooms. Our room had a spa tub, it was nice but the bubbles didn't work. It was the first day they were offering breakfast, very little to choose from. But no big deal. Plenty of good restaurants close by.

The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. The room had recently been remodeled but the bathroom had not. However, it was in good condition. We would stay here again.

My stay here was very unsatisfactory! Upon entering room, half of the floor was extremely wet. Notified front desk, they put towels down and told me they were sold out of rooms. Later that night, my toddlers noticed there were bugs crawling around the headboard of their bed, very unacceptable. Notified front desk with the picture to show proof, they just said sorry but there’s nothing they can do. One of the employees offered to get discount my room but that also turned out to be false as well

This place was awful! The room was not clean, the breakfast was by far the worst I've seen at a hotel (waffle maker broke and unable to cook eggs) there were roaches in a couple of the members room and staff aren’t friendly or accommodating.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast could've been a lot better. There was cold breakfast. Nothing hot. They did not hygiene items available if you forgot something, i.e. toothpaste.

Although the website and reservations stated that the room rate included a hot breakfast, it was not provided. The hotel reopened in May 2022 but had not obtained a permit to serve hot food yet. When we checked in, I visited the breakfast area and observed waffle maker and hot food warming trays, but in the morning, there was only a few cold prepackaged items and drinks.The hotel was still undergoing renovations in some areas.

Was in Panama City, late afternoon, needed a place, so at $100, this appeared to be a good value. The check-in clerk looked exhausted, said I had to leave $100 cash deposit at the desk, or a hold for that amount would be on my card for 4 weeks. The room had no bedside lamps, TV channel changer didn't work, toilet handle broke , no coffee or hot breakfast as advertised. I debated whether to leave a 2 or a 3. Went for the three since the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would not stay here again
