Varanda Do Mar

Hello Raia Restaurant, I just want to say that I am extremely disappointed with my experience at your restaurant today. I had to get my club sandwich replaced three times simply because I requested that no cucumber be added. This is a very simple request, yet it was ignored repeatedly. I have now been waiting for 36 minutes just for a sandwich, which is unacceptable. Your staff member (possibly Shubham) has been extremely careless, and this has caused me a lot of stress for something as basic as a sandwich order. Please take this seriously and ensure such mistakes and delays don’t happen in the future. This has been one of the most frustrating dining experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you.

It was yet another visit to Goa though after almost 2 years gap and as usual, i stayed in Hotel Varanda Do Mar. The experience there was simply awesome. Level of cleanliness, soft spoken staff, fresh and tasty food starting right from wide spread breakfast spread. The rooms are big, with balconies attached. One can not just have a whiff of fresh air or enjoy rains without getting drenched but also view Miramar beach from the rooms and balconies. Huge Value for money indeed. The mini bar at room is adequately full of chosen liquor brands, the fridge was working, 5-6 water bottles kept complimentarily, neat and clean washroom with good flow of hot/cold water. Location is absolutely marvellous, with Miramar beach just a stone's throw away. Hotel Varanda Do Mar is nestled in a peaceful and posh locality. Special mention of the manager Roshani there, who has a constant smile affixed at her face always. She has a solution to all your queries. And she resolves them also very fast, and smilingly. A hotel is as good as its staff. Before one checks in, the first person that the guest interacts with is the reception staff and the manager. Communication and the soft skills of staff there ensure that the guests not only stay in this hotel but are also keen to re-visit the hotel. Kudos Roshani and team. I strongly recommend Varanda Do Mar hotel at Panjim, Goa for a peaceful, luxurious and memorable stay for family and friends.

Ambience is very good. I would like to share my sincere appreciation for the wonderful service provided by Pratima and Sioma.They were incredibly supportive and made us feel very welcome. We were especially grateful for the same, it made our arrival smooth and stress-free. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful—elegantly designed, spotlessly clean, and located in a great area. It was a pleasure to stay here, and the hospitality we received truly enhanced our experience. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable!
