We are so overwhelmed with satisfaction and happiness from the service and the food that we have received in this place, being a south Indian, we were so confused, what to order here from the menu, but Lokam immediately jump into the situation and helped us ordering the menu for us, chef Suraj and Chandrakant, had Tailor made food for us. One of the family member is a vegetarian and they have cooked a South Indian food for her.. we are very happy and recommend everyone to enjoy the same experience.

We went Novotel Panjim Goa, we went for tea snacks in Food Exchange Restaurant. It was a very beautiful Hotel. It's new Hotel. And we enjoyed a lot, because they serve us soo delicious snacks n very tasty tea. It's perfect tea,because we are tea lover ,So we want perfect tea, n they done same . It's very awsome Experience. Staff is so caring n loving , specially Akshay, Debashish, Kankana, Ankita . Akshay is a star of this hotel. Loved to come again. Next time we are planning to stay there. Thank you

The location is spot on. Located right in the heart of Panjim city and accessible to everything local. The food is quite delicious and reasonably priced for a 5 star property. We had lunch at Food Exchange and it was a good experience. Lokam at the restaurant is a true champ. She’s exceptional at her customer centric skills.

The service was awesome, all the staff were very kind and supportive and ready to take action promptly if anyone requested. Specially subhajit And murali from housekeeping were full of time to help and support. You have a very good staff like both. At last Thank you all the arrangements and services to the Novotel team.

Just checked out from Novotel Panjim and the service was absolutely on point, a special mention for Ankita as she made sure we get our cabs on time , personally dropped us at the gate everytime and was at her best while communicating.
