It was pleasant stay.. room is very comfortable and refreshing feeling in the room. Staff is very supportive and helpful as we wanted some urgent photocopies and printout which they helped us. We stayed here for 2 night s and had booked 2 rooms . As a matter of fact I had canceled my booking with another hotel in Panaji just few days before to arrive at this. Novotel . Thank god I made a good choice and which my family appreciated. The difference was only $23.00 per night but the ambiance, service , noise,food quality was worth a lot more than this small amount . Check in super smooth. Rooms impeccable, clean. A C Super cooling. W. I. Fi powerful. Hot water 24/7. Excellent. House keeping . There was hot water kettle with tea and coffee bathroom contemporary. The rooms has sensor , lights including bathroom . So if u r taking shower little longer the light will be turned off ,BUT WITHOUT PANICKING JUST OPEN SHOWER DOOR AND CLOSE THE LIGHT WILL BE TURNED ON AGAIN. I BROUGHT THIS TO THE ATTENTION OF THE TOP LEVEL MANAGEMENT. I was promised they will correct immediately. And I hope they did. Dinner we had both the days . Service was supurb with. Mr. Akashay Singh together with his teammates . Mr. Visas , Debasis and kankana took good care of us . Chef. Vijay came twice to ask if anything they could do to enhance the experience Mr. Singh next day went over and beyond to get fresh. Tadka. Dal done just for us as it was not in the Buffett. Now this was cust. Care and service. Thank you. Mr. Singh . At the time of check out. Mr. Swapnil met us and asked about our stay. He is a young dynamic leader who cares for customers. I did spoke to him about plus and minus of the wonderful property. He made note and assured me things will be taken care of . He came all the way to the car to escort us . Mr. Swapnil thank you . As and when I return I will certainly stay here and also can suggest others to stay by paying little more for lot more in return .

I stayed in Novotel panjim with my family and this is one of the best hotel thanks to shonit and kritika ***** with housekeeping team .Food is good and cleanliness is upto mark roo.s are with good view and new deaign and 100% sustainable hotel front desk team is amazing in terms of local knowlege

We had an incredible stay at this hotel in Panjim! The location is excellent—just a 15-minute walk from the bus station and around 45 minutes by car from the airport. We stayed for three days and were thoroughly impressed by the hotel’s beauty, cleanliness, and exceptional hospitality. The dining experience was outstanding, thanks to Mr. Vikas and Mr. Debashish, who provided top-notch service. They were always attentive to our needs, even customizing the food to suit our taste. A special shout-out to the Chef Vishnu & Suraj for the delicious meals and for personally checking in to ensure everything met our expectations. Traveling with our one-year-old isn’t always easy, but the warmth and friendliness of the staff Sanjana, Riya & Lokam made all the difference. Their cheerful interactions with our son made our stay even more special. Housekeeping staff, especially Clinton, was prompt, efficient, and very friendly. The maintenance team also did a great job, addressing minor issues quickly and professionally. The hospitality here is truly five-star, and we can’t wait to visit again on our next trip to Goa! Highly recommended.

Clean and pleasent rooms, modest staff. Funtastic property. Nice spread of breakfast. It's a luxurious property with pool for Children as well, very close by to Fountainhas and deltin royal, recommended place for family stay. Most of the tourist places are nearby
