I will start with the positive aspects because there aren't many. The hotel is ideally located in the central part of the town, close to the main attractions (which you can see in one day). The spa is more or less OK, having several amenities (aroma room, steam room, Finnish sauna, infrared sauna, hot mineral water pool, regular swimming pool, etc.). The staff was helpful. And that's about everything on the positive side. The rooms are badly in need of a major refurbishment. Our twin room was very small. We didn't have big suitcases, yet we were barely able to walk around the room. There were stains on the floor of the bathroom. No soap and shampoo rack and no clothes-drying rack were provided. We had to put our swimsuits to dry on the (non-functioning) radiator, and they took forever to dry. The breakfast was very poor. Mask-wearing was not enforced anywhere (lift, lobby, restaurant before sitting at the table), even by employees. The floor of the spa was always very slippery and dangerous, it could use regular mopping. Given the price per night, one would expect better service. This is definitely not a 4-star hotel.
