多次光顧，這次失望透頂！作為在這家酒店短時間連續住過五六次的老客，真沒想到會遇到這麼糟心的體驗，必須好好説説！入住後，先是在房間發現蟲子，心裏瞬間膈應。接着浴室，地漏不漏水，短短兩分鐘，浴室的水滲出，導致地面濕滑，存在安全隱患，趕緊聯繫工作人員，結果左等右等，人就是不來！經過催促，才磨磨蹭蹭同意上樓查看，檢查後，承認房間確實存在問題，做後給換了房。這一番折騰，浪費了我大量的時間和精力，好心情全沒了 。之前幾次入住，雖説沒多驚艷，但也沒這麼多幺蛾子，這次問題一出，處理還拖沓，太讓人失望！一家合格的酒店，本應保證房間乾淨整潔、設施完好。出現問題及時處理是基本要求，可這家酒店的表現實在令人失望，酒店設施維護和服務響應這麼拉垮，真的很敗好感。希望酒店能重視，好好整改，別讓老客寒心，也別讓新客踩坑！這次的入住體驗簡直糟糕透頂，讓我不得不給大家提個醒。（今晚的入住要明天才能評價，憤怒找了之前的訂單）
