酒店的地漏不行，洗個澡滿地全部都是水，保潔説是地漏做高了，5點從外面回來洗澡，水竟然是冷的。。。晚上才是熱的，停車也不太好停，這些就算了。畢竟價格不貴
最竟然氣憤的是酒店的服務，做個服務工作不好好乾，還像人家欠你錢一樣，餐廳的服務員態度超級差，投訴給酒店經理沒有任何反饋，還告訴我們，也有別的顧客投訴過這個問題，既然有過這樣的問題發生。為啥還不改？？是關係户，還是錢蠻好賺？躺家裡得了，別出來破壞別人心情。。。。攜程用了十幾年第一個酒店差評，給這家了

房間一眼看上去很新像是用了點高檔材料比如瓷磚或是智能馬桶 但半吊子智能服務不倫不類
窗簾智能用按鈕要麼全開要麼全閉
智能馬桶看上去很高檔但沒有必要，旁邊的沐浴設備連浴簾都沒有。沖完澡整個衞生間都是濕漉漉的，馬桶上澗不到水那是不可能的
用智能設備叫人 但根本叫不到，晚上9 10點鐘入住的
床上用品至少帎套根本沒換過，第二天看到服務人員讓給換掉也沒換，走廊裏看到裝床上用品的車．自己拿了帎套換了．
