度假村環境很好、很乾凈！75棟別墅錯落有致分佈，非常有特色，早餐也很不錯。 工作人員服務態度熱情親切，特別感謝管家陳依，出發前很細緻聯繫安排，到達時已是晚上，其已在大堂等待並熱情安排入住，並幫忙安排好吃飯事宜後才下班。事後經主動問詢，才得知到達時已過其正常下班時間很久了。第二天一早又主動提醒我們早餐時間，中間有個小插曲，也很熱情幫忙解決處理，非常好的體驗！有機會再來這邊度假

到達比較晚，但是前台還是熱情接待了我們，熱紅茶很不錯。別墅很大，賣點是大泳池，冬天屬於淡季，比較可惜太冷了不便下水。 贈送的mini吧比較糊弄，有待改進。 附近的景點還是值得一去的。

從進入酒店辦理入住開始就超出預期感受，每個服務員都非常熱情周到，尤其是管家楊飛燕，每到餐點都會主動詢問有沒有需要推薦的，主動介紹周邊的景點。對酒店的送餐服務非常滿意👍

整體服務還可以，提個建議就是浴室沒有通風排氣的，水汽排不出去，都到房間了
