Beyaz Kale Hotel offers a delightful experience for travelers seeking a comfortable stay near the breathtaking Pamukkale Travertines. Located just a stone's throw away from the natural wonder, the hotel boasts a family-run atmosphere and personalized service that makes guests feel at home. The owner was a kind, elderly gentleman who graciously allowed us to check-in early and access our room in the morning. One aspect worth mentioning is that the owner is quite strict about certain rules. He insisted that we refrain from washing clothes in the room or consuming food and beverages inside. Additionally, he repeatedly reminded us to close the windows whenever the air conditioner was on. While these are minor details that most guests would naturally pay attention to, the owner's frequent reminders might suggest he's a bit overly meticulous about maintaining the room's condition. Also, note that breakfast was not included in the room price. It cost 6€/ 210 TL. If desired, it had to be requested a day in advance so that the owner could prepare it for the following morning.

My wife and I stayed here as part of our trip to Turkey in August/September 2023 Let me start by saying the hotel is fine, in fact, I think this place would be a perfectly decent place to stay ... if someone else was running it. Or at least the people running it took a course on hospitality management or something, because they are what brings this place down. The location is good, the rooms are fine, there is even a nice pool. But it was hard to enjoy it at all. Let me elaborate: - They have some super weird rules, like no outside food or drink in the rooms. Food is odd but I understand it, but drink? I can't bring my own bottle of water in to the hotel? Are you kidding? Furthermore, the hotel has a pool, but you aren't allowed to use the hotel's towels at the pool, which has got to be the single dumbest hotel rule I have ever heard. - My wife and I were told when we checked in that they had run out of small rooms, so they were going to put us in the family room (big room with 3 beds, which was weird for us, a couple, to stay in, but whatever). This is not the issue. The issue is that he told us that he might move us the next day if someone wanted our room, then proceeded to tell us not to touch two of the beds so they stayed clean. He ended up not moving us, but we spent most of the day worried that we were going to have to pack up and move at a moments notice. I get that sometimes, you run out of a particular room and have to shift guests into other kinds of rooms, not complaining about that. But once you put a guest in a room, that's there room, its done until they check out. - Breakfast is not included and is overpriced. But that is not that unusual for Turkey - No free water. This is not unusual in Turkey, but it was exacerbated by the fact that we couldn't bring in our outside water, forcing people to buy the hotels overpriced bottles. Its hot outside, people have travelled far to get to you, offer them some complimentary bottles of water, I do not understand why the Turks don't do this. To me, these things seem like pretty basic things to get wrong, and it wouldn't be hard to fix this, but as it is, my wife and I will not be staying here again and we would not recommend it.
