Odalar temizlenilmeye çalışılmış fakat malzemeler oldukca eski pis gözüküyor,yatak çarşafının altında poğaça kırıntıları vardı,hoşlanmadığım en çok şey mutfakda hizmet eden hanım mutfakda sigara içiyordu,servise hazır malzeme ve tabaklarının açık peynir v.s. malzemelerinin olduğu yerde kültablası ve sigarasını orada söndürüyordu,ikaz etmedim beni görmesine rağmen pek umursamadı zaten

Séjour agréable, bien accueilli, endroit propre, piscine tranquille.
Très déçu petit déjeuner ou ont demandé un jus ou de l’eau et il faut payer un extra.
Pas de frigo dans lés chambres.
30 € seulement pour laver nos habits pás de repasse-se j’ai trouvé cela três abusif de lá part de l’hôtel

Al di là della camera spaziosa e dei ragazzi che servono la colazione, educati e disponibili, non salvo nulla di questa struttura! Pulizia delle camere molto discutibile, box doccia rotto, tazze e posate da utilizzare per la prima colazione sporche, acqua calda per la doccia non pervenuta.... cos'altro aggiungere?....

We visited in off season so the hotel was being revamped. Basic rooms but clean and tidy. The hotel owner was friendly and immensely helpful. He went an extra mile getting in contact with local travel agents in planning our next destination to Yuvarlak Cay as the bus times were very limited due to being off-season. He also gave us some tips and recommendations around Pammukale. Breakfast was served early in the morning to accommodate our early check-out. It was a standard but Full Turkish breakfast keeping in mind that the prices of eggs/cheese/bread were very steep due to inflation after the Ukraine War. We were reminded of payment at the hotel which we didn't realise ******* hadn't charged us while booking which was not a problem. It was only a confirmation email, We paid by cash. (we checked our bank statement online and payments were not taken by *******) Overall, very happy and satisfied with the hospitality and thankful for making out next trip possible when we felt stranded and for making us feel taken care of. Loved the stories he shared and meeting his family and friends. Gave us homey feels. I must say one of the most genuine people we have met.
