Hotel qui se prétend 5 étoiles mais qui n’en vaut que 3. Son seul atout est sa piscine et son spa qui sont excellent ( piscine de 25m et toutes sortes de hamam et saunas différents ). À part ça, tout le reste est médiocre: douche cassée dans la chambre, pas de climatisation, pas d’insonorisation ( fêtes d’ivrognes toute la nuit dans les chambres voisines ), petit déjeuner horrible ( mouches crevées, fruits pourris, aucune amélioration malgré les remarques faites tout les jours sur les fruits pourris). Guèpes qui piquent les clients quand on nous met dehors. Balcons non-sécurisés où n’importe quel voisin peut débarquer dans votre chambre et les seules barrières entre les voisins sont faites de poutres clouées où les clous rouillés sont à l’air ( dangereux pour les clients ). Personnel assez sympa mais chefs de restaurants menteurs qui disent vérifier les fruits alors que l’on trouve des fruits pourris remplis de moisissures. Nous avons raccourcis notre séjour et ne reviendrons pas.

A very nice set up. Some bits here and there needed repairing but minor. The beds were some of the best I've slept in. The Spa = fantastic. Neptun resturant a bit pricey but layout/decor just right. Staff attentive. The ability to walk indoors to dedicated lift down to spa is genius. Wear a robe and slippers from room to spa regardless of outside temperature. Highly recommended.

We stayed as a group of ten across two families with half board and had an amazing time. The food variety and quality was excellent, spa was exceptional and general quality of the hotel and rooms was amazing value for money. The icing in the cake was the bowling facility which we discovered on the last day. I would definitely recommend the hotel to other families.

Otel odaları standart ve geniş. Restaurant temiz ve aydınlık. Ancak yemekler 3 . Sınıf motel yemeği.mutfak Personeli kaba . Akşam yemeğinde şu yok. Biten ürünü istediğinizde sadece bitti diyorlar. Kahvaltıda aynı şekilde özensiz. Spa merkezi mimarisi çok kullanışsız . 10 yıldır geliyorum en iyi ve nitelikli otel Orlovits

Fabulous spa! I stayed at a neighbour hotel but chose to visit the spa here as the reviews were better than the hotel I stayed in. It was fabulous 40lev which is less than £20 for a huge modern & clean pool with tropical showers, various types of sauna & steam rooms plus hot tub. I got lunch & a cocktail here too at the pool and lay up in sun loungers enjoying the sun coming through the windows. It’s very peaceful!

This one of the oldest hotels in the town, remodeled with new look and modern furniture(almost), but even that this hotel was created back then with idea and infrastructure, with plenty of rooms or halls, seems the new design didn’t incorporated the new features well-it is not logical to go throw floor 3, long tiny corridors and then elevator to the SPA, when you have direct connection via floor 1, but the warm connection is now the hotel’s bar/club?!?! Another strange thing is that the small shop in the hotel for some refreshments/sweets(when you have kids you know you need this) is situated in the hotel’s club. So much wasted space (my opinion as a person with design experience), or not used such. It was very hot in the hotel. The staff were polite. If you need parking you need to ask so special door to be opened(10 BGN per day) Only main restaurant which do not have good guides what kind of dinner you may have if not included to the room. Great outside restaurant next to the hotel(for couples). In the room it was nice, but for 5star hotel I expect more comfort and better furniture. In the SPA the kids pool is very small and not attractive for kids.

Great renovated hotel, excellent service and facilities! Spacious rooms, great spa area! The children's corner is very nice and useful! Of course, the surrounding nature is gorgeous! The breakfast is rich and varied. The restaurant as a menu is not very big, but it has everything you need!
