I recently booked my stay with RCI on this hotel. There was NO WATER during the stay, only once in the morning and once in the evening every day. This is unacceptable. I want my money back.

Visiten este hotel club hipocampo, todo es muy hermoso sus piscinas cuartos, corredores pasillos el mar todo excelente, visitenlo y será un viaje muy confortable, todo tranquilo la comida buena muy rica, los baños lindos, y todo lo que es la lenceria impecable.

Sólo prestan el servicio de agua en las habitaciones en determinadas horas, todas las tuberías están dañadas pésimo servicio no lo recomiendo, fotos que no corresponden a la situación actual del establecimiento

Personal excelente, cordiales y muy atentos y colaboradores Instalaciones buenas no de lujo pero operativos los baños, cocina y muebles en general, aires acondicionados funcionables y operativos Problemas de agua ya es tema de la isla pero tienen varios horarios para tener el servicio de agua La Ubicacion es invidiable

Nuestra estadía fue muy buena, las habitaciones renovadas, todo impecablemente limpio, la atencion de todo el personal de primera, todos muy amables y cordiales, atentos a satisfacer cualquier solicitud; el restaurant muy bueno, comida deliciosa y atención personalizada. Si hubo cosas desfavorables, como un racionamiento de agua, pero que fue establecido y seguido puntualmente. Considerando la situación que se vive en la isla, es entendible, y más bien debemos felicitar a la gerencia y a todo el personal, por todo el esfuerzo que se ve que han hecho para mantener el servicio. Horrible no lo recomiendo, posetas malas, El baño se tapo y el señor de mantenimiento fue con un chupón a destapar el baño y me dijo que no era culpa del hotel si no de mi hijo que tenía la enfermedad de la hija de el,dios esas cosas no las puede decir un personaje del hotel, mi hijo no tiene ninguna enfermedad,la enfermedad la tiene ese señor en su cabeza y cambien las posetas, luego pedí una sopa licuada y me trajeron un caldo horrible y la comida de mi hijo súper salada, luego salí y cuando regrese el chico de recepción me dijo que la gente de seguridad había subido a cerrar las llaves del lavamanos porque el baño se inundó ,yo me preguntó cómo sabían eso,acaso el baño tiene cámaras? Eso da que pensar y después me hecharon la culpa a mi que deje las llaves abiertas, ese hotel no tiene agua y llega a determinadas horas , el hotel no sirve

El resort es excelente por su personal, servicio y ubicación. Tiene una excelente vista al mar que alegra tu despertar cada día al poder disfrutar de las maravillas de la naturaleza con tus seres queridos.

La estadía estuvo excelente. La única recomendación para quienes visitan Hippocampus es que es inmensamente mejor si se tiene carro propio o alquilado, ya que en transporte público en muuuy difícil llegar.

El personal muy amable en todo momento. Mucho que mejorar en el hotel, desde variedad en comida, agua un tema muy deficiente a pesar de que en la isla haya racionamiento deberían tener un cronograma más flexible. Habitaciones limpias, detalles como los tv que no se veían, cortinas desgastadas, y la piscina le hace falta mayor mantenimiento. Hay nueva gerencia esperemos que puedan levantarse y ser lo que eran hace unos años atrás. La ubicación y vista del hotel como siempre es lo mejor.
