Hotel looks run down, more like a chalet. Arrived late so check in was fast. Room aircon was strong but toilet had no hot water and the shower wasn’t working. Provided with a pail and scoop. Wifi was also strong. Pool was not clean. Location strategic but road in was dark. You get what you pay for.

Place is very accessible. Rooms are clean and very quiet. There are nearby fastfood and restaurants in the area.

This was the second time i was there now. I’m pretty happy with everything. And i will come back again.

A small comfortable property within a walking distance from SM, Cityfront, and Walking St I booked a Suite which was 20% more expensive than a regular room but it was worth it. An ante room with kitchen andenough space. There's a small pool, a terrace, snacks at the front desk, and a free water dispenser. Linen is old and with holes. Room needs some renovation. Two aircons, both scary noisy. Still a very good option for this moderate price, I would recommend it

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The only problem that we had at first was when we were about to check-in, they placed us in a twin-bed room whereas I booked a double-bed room. The receptionist that time insisted that a double-bed room is just the same with a twin-bed room. I showed him the type of bed and room that we booked but later on, they replaced it to a double-bed room. He explained that originally, they really give twin-bed rooms for online bookings but luckily, there was an available double-bed room that time and it is Trip.com who controls the posts on their website being the third-party. But it should be the responsibility of both hotel and Trip app to make sure that the details and listings posted are all correct for transparency and for the sake of us travellers. PS: When we got inside our room, we also noticed a used soap and opened shampoo container inside the bathroom. Maybe the housekeeping staffs didn't fully-check the room after restocking the toiletries. I also found 1 dead small cockroach under the cabinet. But over-all, we still enjoyed our stay. Good place to stay and the room is clean. Good location, very near to restaurants.

Quaint, clean and spacious rooms. Quite a homely atmosphere. Very good for the price.

All requested prior to check-in were done. The location is in the city center. Room is presentable and a nice place to stay. No wifi because undermaintenance to improve the connection. For cellular signal Globe is weak, better use Smart or Dito in that area. Overall a good place to stay.

It's 5 minutes from Sm Clark and 5 minutes from the walking street. There are convenience stores, massage shops, pharmacies, Korean restaurants, coffee shops, etc., and the street is quite safe. It's connected to the terrace in the room, so it's good to rest. I was a little sorry that I couldn't get the Internet when I went.
