The place is very accessible. We really enjoyed our stay here. Will be planning to book again. I think what needs to improve is the time of serving the breakfast. We ask to serve it at around 8 AM but breakfast was delivered to our room at around 10 AM. Good thing, we have takeout meals from dinner. We just ask assistance from the front desk to reheat the food. If you'll be having breakfast and the hotel is fully booked, I think better to go take a walk to the restaurant and have breakfast there than have it delivered in the room. I, with my pregnant wife and toddler, booked for an executive room (Japanese-theme at room 104) in Sogo Hotel, Mexico, for 24 hours as an escape during the New Year's Eve. If the price tag in the room is akin to a run-of-the-mill motels, you can never hear any complaint from us. But for a hotel that claims to offer an executive room, it should live up to its promises; unfortunately, not in my family's experience. Let me break down the reasons: 1) Price - I booked my reservation in travelbook.ph with insider's discount but it was not awarded to us. We were charged for a regular fee. 2) Cleanliness - You can easily deduce that the previous occupant smoked cigarette. You can still smell the third-hand smoke up from the ceiling to the bed. It's suffocating to breath at first especially for me who has sensitive nose. 3) Aircon - Sleeping was hard as the noise of the aircon is like a nearby jackhammer, or a motorboat's engine. We were forced to turn it to fan just to silence it at the expense of sweating up. 4) Light - There was no light at the dining area and I called for an assistance twice. No one came to fix the bulb. 5) Security - We left the room to have a dinner and we asked for the concierge to lock the room (we were not given a spare key, that is their policy). However, the concierge was adamant to lock our room and claimed that it was safe even if we left our room open. I insisted on locking our room before leaving and the concierge showed unwillingness to do what I requested. The security guard looks frightening. We're not on to discrimination but you'll understand us if you were in the actual scene. Imagine a silhouette from a bit far. Then up close, he suddenly cut and blocked you and see an image of a drunk man wearing a guard's uniform. Coupled with this, he asked us in an interrogative tone if we were going to leave and asked our hotel room's number. I understand that inquiring is part of his work but at least he should pepper it with a smile or courteous tone. However, his approach caused us to be cynical in giving information especially with the premise that the concierge is unwilling to lock our room. I was about to put out my cellphone to record his hoodlum-like gesture but he suddenly stopped asking us and just radioed the concierge. 6) WiFi - Imagine a crippled turtle that is forced to run. That's how slow the hotel's WiFi in the room is. 7) TV - You cannot find lots of channels to watch on. Thankfully, we brought our own movies. The only thing that we enjoyed above all in the room is its spacious toilet and bathtub as my toddler enjoyed swimming while bathing. But generally, as a family-friendly hotel, you cannot expect it to be ”so clean, so good”. You have been warned.

Room, Bathroom & Amenities: The rooms are comfortable, well-furnished, and equipped with modern amenities. The bathrooms are clean, spacious, and stocked with quality toiletries, ensuring a pleasant stay. In-House Restaurants: The hotel's main restaurants, Namari Japanese Bistro and Cactus Jack Smokehouse, offer an exquisite dining experience for lunch and dinner. With diverse menus and exceptional services, these are ideal spots for delicious meals. Reception, Hotel Staff & Housekeeping: The reception staff are courteous and efficient, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless service. Moreover, during our stay on December 28, we encountered a lady housekeeper in the lobby and elevator who displayed exceptional dedication and accommodation. This housekeeping team member went above and beyond to maintain impeccable cleanliness standards, creating a consistently pleasant and hygienic environment for all guests. Breakfast Buffet: The breakfast buffet is impressive, featuring a variety of fresh and delicious options catering to different tastes. From continental to local cuisines, guests can start their day on a satisfying note. Overall, Best Western Plus Metro Clark excels in various aspects for all occasions – from its attentive staff to the quality of food and facilities, making it a recommendable choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for cleanliness, nice and accommodating staffs from front desk, housekeeping, guards and bellboys. Superb room and pool. I don't know about the previous review regarding the pool but when we went there water was crystal clear to think the place was packed they made sure it was clean and treated for the safety of their guests, there was a guy going around making sure it was always clean. I really really highly recommend this hotel due to their overall service and easy accessibility to SM Clark, LA Bakeshop (best cheese bread on earth) and other nice places in Angeles/Clark.

It is a good hotel located one road behind perimeter street. Pros 1) Walking distance to mini market, jipney station, wet market and food stalls. 2) The entertainment centre is within walking distance. 3) The front desk personnel are very friendly and helpful. 4) Rooms are clean. The room comes with complimentary water, kettle and simple bathroom utilities. 5) Breakfast is simple. Cons 1) The aircon was noisy. However, the housekeeping team quickly changed my room without much fuss. 2) Not many varieties for breakfast. It takes a while to be served (as they cook it fresh 3) The details of visiting guests were not recorded. Perhaps it would be good for the reception to take the details and call the room once the guests leave. 4) The hotel is located on one road behind perimeter street. Felt a bit uncomfortable when walking back late at night to the hotel. 5) Not much TV programme screened Overall, good hotel. Will stay there again.

The hotel caters to the travelers who are on a budget but gets value from the savings. Economy wise. The buffet is truly budget friendly. The food is relatively generous than getting fastfood from grab. Hotel is absolutely clean and the front desk speaks korean and japanese , surprisingly speaks to filipino guests in american slang. Will always come back.

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel, rooms are good and spacious. Bathrooms are clean, location is okay and close to walking street, , staffs are friendly and breakfast is good.Peaceful stay, I recommend this hotel for friends and party lover travellers, rooftop pool bar is amazing, food can be improved in Thai restaurant, rest everything is amazing. I recommend this hotel.

Everyone especially Gee , one of the staff who assisted and guide us here in Royce . She works 10pm - 6am shift and I can tell she has a golden heart and very welcoming to all the guests she encounters. I highly recommend her to be promoted because she’s a very hardworking, kindhearted and very driven .A big SHOUT OUT to ms. Gee . Thank you Royce hotel for making our stay feeling safe . Staff had been very warm and responds swiftly. This is tru the moment we landed on the driveway. Check in was fast; room was clean and food was good. We love of course the bar cos it has a pool area and the cocktails are great! Location is one of its aces too and we’ll definitely consider for our next visit. The bell boy took a long time to pick up hut the front desk followed through and apologised.

We celebrated my son's birthday here and stayed for 3 days and 2 nigths, it was the best decision ever because the hotel made my family really special during our stay. Each and every staff of the was very accomodating and polite, they gave lots of treats and even decorated our room with balloons and birthday banner. My son was very happy for all the birthday songs and cakes that he received. At the end of the day he told us this is his birthday ever. Thank you swissotel for making our stay memorable.
