The hotel staff are very friendly and the restaurant on the first floor is convenient and delicious. However, some of the standard and deluxe rooms do not have windows, which is frustrating.

The hotel is within walking distance of Clark SM Shopping Mall, but the streets around the hotel are crowded with tricycles and people moving around, so be careful at all times.
The hotel staff were very friendly and it was very convenient to be able to get a massage in the room.

Excellent value for money, staff's service mindset and execution are excellent.
Two little regrets...
1. There is a significant difference between paid and free services provided when making reservations through the Internet, such as Trip.com, and when making reservations through the hotel's direct marketing tools. For example, customers who make reservations online must pay for the joint pick-up/sending service/short-distance pick-and-drop service.
2. There seems to be a difference in the condition of the room I booked...

대부분 한국인만 숙박하는 장단점이 있는 호텔로서 장점으로는 가격이 싸고, 한국사람들이 많으니까 이런저런 정보(가령, 골프)도 얻을수 잇고, 한식당이 붙어있고, 직원들이 친절합니다. 가장 큰 단점으로는 시설이 너무 노후화 되어 있다는 것이고요.

Although the facilities are not luxurious or the scenery is nice, the atmosphere is comfortable and cozy, and the food at the restaurant seems cheap and delicious to Koreans. The vehicle pick-up and drop-off system is also convenient, so there is no inconvenience wherever you go in the city of Angeles. The staff were all friendly and even though their English was not good, I didn't feel the language barrier too much. The hotel is located downtown, so you can access many bars and amenities on foot.
