⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for cleanliness, nice and accommodating staffs from front desk, housekeeping, guards and bellboys. Superb room and pool. I don't know about the previous review regarding the pool but when we went there water was crystal clear to think the place was packed they made sure it was clean and treated for the safety of their guests, there was a guy going around making sure it was always clean. I really really highly recommend this hotel due to their overall service and easy accessibility to SM Clark, LA Bakeshop (best cheese bread on earth) and other nice places in Angeles/Clark.

Our stay at Best Western Plus Metro Clark for my 53rd birthday on December 28th to 29th, 2023, and our festive post-Christmas celebration, intended to be simple, unexpectedly provided a blend of comfort and indulgence, making our family experience truly memorable and wonderful. Parking & Security Guard: The hotel offers convenient parking facilities (open and multi-level), well-maintained and secured. There are dedicated security guards providing a sense of safety for guests and their vehicles. In house cafe’: The Café Sebastian, with its cozy ambiance and wide array of beverages and snacks, offers a perfect setting for casual meetings or unwinding after a long day. The relaxed atmosphere, coupled with the courteous staff, enhances the experience, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable visit. Room, Bathroom & Amenities: The rooms are comfortable, well-furnished, and equipped with modern amenities. The bathrooms are clean, spacious, and stocked with quality toiletries, ensuring a pleasant stay. In-House Restaurants: The hotel's main restaurants, Namari Japanese Bistro and Cactus Jack Smokehouse, offer an exquisite dining experience for lunch and dinner. Moreover, during our stay on December 28, we encountered a lady housekeeper in the lobby and elevator who displayed exceptional dedication and accommodation. This housekeeping team member went above and beyond to maintain impeccable cleanliness standards, creating a consistently pleasant and hygienic environment for all guests. Breakfast Buffet: The breakfast buffet is impressive, featuring a variety of fresh and delicious options catering to different tastes. From continental to local cuisines, guests can start their day on a satisfying note. The hotel caters to the travelers who are on a budget but gets value from the savings. Economy wise. The buffet is truly budget friendly. The food is relatively generous than getting fastfood from grab. Hotel is absolutely clean and the front desk speaks korean and japanese , surprisingly speaks to filipino guests in american slang. Will always come back.

It is a good hotel located one road behind perimeter street. Pros 1) Walking distance to mini market, jipney station, wet market and food stalls. 2) The entertainment centre is within walking distance. 3) The front desk personnel are very friendly and helpful. 4) Rooms are clean. The room comes with complimentary water, kettle and simple bathroom utilities. 5) Breakfast is simple. Cons 1) The aircon was noisy. However, the housekeeping team quickly changed my room without much fuss. 2) Not many varieties for breakfast. It takes a while to be served (as they cook it fresh 3) The details of visiting guests were not recorded. Perhaps it would be good for the reception to take the details and call the room once the guests leave. 4) The hotel is located on one road behind perimeter street. Felt a bit uncomfortable when walking back late at night to the hotel. 5) Not much TV programme screened Overall, good hotel. Will stay there again.

We are truly blessed that we discovered the best kept secret in Luzon, Philippines and it is in Clark City, Pampanga! The park inn by Radisson secret for us to come back the 2nd time around is their excellently trained hotel staff! Almost all of their employees from guards to chambermaids are very respectful and mindful of each guests needs. The front office are always cheerful and efficient. The restaurant workers are attentive and quick. The porter and van driver are extremely helpful and thoughtful. When you visit this hotel ask for these these personnel: Front office = Rem, Angel, Ace, and James, ad Maren; Restaurant = Dion, Kido, AJ, Randy and Jessie; Room Cleaning = Richard, Edward & Kevin; Bags = John Not only did these staff gave their best at their assigned tasks but they also multi-tasked. My husband and I observed their performances for a week because we also owned our lodging facility in Virginia, USA. What touched us also, when we checked out at the crack of dawn, a sandwich with fresh fruit and freshly brewed coffee were waiting for us to go with our trip to the airport. Now that is a superb customer service! Finally, I want to mention the array of food served each day is well thought-out and very appealing. Kudos to the chef - it's getting better each time! The bedroom is so comfy that my husband wants to stay inside all day! For those checking in, make sure to request to clear the deposit charged amount to your credit card as soon as you check out. My family and I will definitely plan on making this lodging facility our home while visiting our relatives in Luzon area. Keep up the excellent and professional training Radisson!!!

Believe me it was bliss for me that travel became very limited during this pandemic. People are, like, away. Away. So I was fished out of my comfort zone by my husband who wanted to leave our current city -- a city that worships face shields, as if face masks weren't enough to choke us in this heat. We initially booked our flights to Bohol, hotels included. But thanks to the national government's ever-expanding classification of quarantines, we had to cancel that trip. We wanted to still celebrate a week-long birthday out of town so we planned on driving to cities with little or no quarantine restrictions. First stop: Angeles City in Pampanga. Pampanga is a province not in included in the NCR bubble in May 2021. So we didn't need to get tested or quarantined when we got there. We didn't realize looking for a pet-friendly hotel would be so difficult. We found a couple, but landed in Capitol Hill Hotel and Suites. The hotel isn't really inside Clarkfield. One enters the zone from NLEX and exits one of the side gates. You'll pass through what seems to be the former red light district of the old US Military (?) zone, and you'll find Capitol Hill build just outside the residential areas alongside some of the old and new hotels. This one looks new. Squeaky clean. They have ample parking spaces in front and beside the hotel building. With a crate, a couple of bags, and 4 small dogs, were pleased to be led to a room in the second floor. We still had to take several elevator trips to and from the car. I lost count on how many times the doorman held the door for us. The two ladies at the Reception were all smiles all the time. We were handed only one key card. But in all hotels that I've stayed in, I've always made it a rule to get two key cards, in case I leave the other one in the room. The room's about 50 square meters, with a king size bed, TV, and toiletries, a huge window that overlooks where we parked the car, and a see-through bathroom with a tub. Water pressure in the sink and shower were strong. And again, squeaky clean. The toilet flushes well. The entire building has wi-fi. We were provided with enough towels. The closet had two robes, two pairs of slippers, and a safety deposit box. Venture to the rooftop and you'll find the infinity pool, bar, and restaurant. The food is pricey if you're on a budget, but they serve them fast and with utmost concern about your taste. You don't have to take the towels from your room if you want to use the pool; they provide towels for that. I recommend you have dinner at the rooftop by yourself or with a date. The evening view of Clarkfield and the Clark Airport is spectacular. One floor below the rooftop is a small gym with a treadmill, peloton, and a few weights. The next morning, I had to stay in the room to prepare our stuff for our next lap in our tour. The phone rang asking us if we wanted our breakfast in the room or the restaurant at the rooftop. She works 10pm - 6am shift and I can tell she has a golden heart and very welcoming to all the guests she encounters. It wasn’t easy when we started looking for our wedding reception around the Philippines as there are so many options to choose from. We got engaged last year in Clark Marriott Hotel, so it has a special place in our hearts, so me and my fiancee finally decided to do our wedding here. We were so happy that we have chosen Clark Marriott Hotel, we had the best and excellent customer service experienced ever specially with the help of Mr Jonas Carlo and Ms Laila, without them it wouldn’t be possible to have our dream wedding come true. They guided us and walk throughout until the end, from our presidential suite, food tasting, securities, and other amazing perks, everything went well and smoothly, no stress, whatever we asked they will make it work as much as possible. It was so easy to communicate with them even our wedding coordinator was also amazed how the chefs, managements and other hotel staff members were so professional, friendly and very accomodating. A year of preparation but it was definitely worth it, every moment we spent in Clark Marriott exceeded our expectations. I, with my pregnant wife and toddler, booked for an executive room (Japanese-theme at room 104) in Sogo Hotel, Mexico, for 24 hours as an escape during the New Year's Eve. If the price tag in the room is akin to a run-of-the-mill motels, you can never hear any complaint from us. But for a hotel that claims to offer an executive room, it should live up to its promises; unfortunately, not in my family's experience. Let me break down the reasons: 1) Price - I booked my reservation in travelbook.ph with insider's discount but it was not awarded to us. We were charged for a regular fee. 2) Cleanliness - You can easily deduce that the previous occupant smoked cigarette. You can still smell the third-hand smoke up from the ceiling to the bed. It's suffocating to breath at first especially for me who has sensitive nose. 3) Aircon - Sleeping was hard as the noise of the aircon is like a nearby jackhammer, or a motorboat's engine. We were forced to turn it to fan just to silence it at the expense of sweating up. 4) Light - There was no light at the dining area and I called for an assistance twice. No one came to fix the bulb. 5) Security - We left the room to have a dinner and we asked for the concierge to lock the room (we were not given a spare key, that is their policy). However, the concierge was adamant to lock our room and claimed that it was safe even if we left our room open. I insisted on locking our room before leaving and the concierge showed unwillingness to do what I requested. The security guard looks frightening. We're not on to discrimination but you'll understand us if you were in the actual scene. Imagine a silhouette from a bit far. Then up close, he suddenly cut and blocked you and see an image of a drunk man wearing a guard's uniform. Coupled with this, he asked us in an interrogative tone if we were going to leave and asked our hotel room's number. I understand that inquiring is part of his work but at least he should pepper it with a smile or courteous tone. However, his approach caused us to be cynical in giving information especially with the premise that the concierge is unwilling to lock our room. I was about to put out my cellphone to record his hoodlum-like gesture but he suddenly stopped asking us and just radioed the concierge. 6) WiFi - Imagine a crippled turtle that is forced to run. That's how slow the hotel's WiFi in the room is. 7) TV - You cannot find lots of channels to watch on. Thankfully, we brought our own movies. The only thing that we enjoyed above all in the room is its spacious toilet and bathtub as my toddler enjoyed swimming while bathing. But generally, as a family-friendly hotel, you cannot expect it to be ”so clean, so good”. You have been warned.
