The room was okay for a night.
I wish I would've looked at pictures and reviews.
Outdated room and a bit ugly.
Ceiling had water leak damages and the restroom door was all messed up.
Location outside was the same.
Mainly just workers staying in the area so if you want to be up by 430am amd hear noise till check out go ahead and stay there lol 😂. I didn't necessarily feel unsafe though.

I stayed one night here on a quick trip to Pampa, booked online. I arrived late evening, was given a room key that was not coded to unlock the room door. Had to return to the front desk and have it recoded. The internal door latch was broken completely off, so no extra security. Room was dark and shadowy, carpet was dirty. I had to chase down a large spider in the bathroom that appeared to possibly be a brown recluse. The faucet in the shower appeared to be installed incorrectly but i finally figured out that hot was actually cold, and cold was actually hot. The bath/show area was clean, as were the bed sheets. The mattress was uncomfortable and I got very little sleep. The "free breakfast" was terrible, except for the cereal. The biscuit was gummy and the gravy was a super salty paste-like substance. I guessed (incorrectly) that since this was a Best Western property, it would be better than it was.

We stay at a lot of Best Westerns. This one has seen better days. It probably should no longer be a Best Western as it is hurting the brand. The door on the room was very hard to open. The concrete in the outside hallway was lumpy. The bathroom is too small. The toilet groaned when flushed. The shower water pressure was enough to remove paint off metal. Staff was not cheerful. The room was clean and we slept ok.

Hotel is well kept up, on the northern side of town which is quieter . no traffic noise for us day sleepers. plenty of shopping areas right near us, great places to eat all around us. Great attentive staff, clean rooms. Great prices as well Comfortable bed, plenty of great pillows .

The young man working down stairs was very polite and helpful but the first room I checked into the shower was broken so I got moved to another room and the room was filthy. The sheets had what was either stains from feces or vomit and hairs on the sheets which made it obvious they weren’t changed. The bathroom had water marks on from someone else in the shower and the tile not being mopped, the shampoo and conditioner bottles were filthy and looked like they had roach feces on them. I took pictures of everything and immediately left and got a room at the hampton ( a cleaner hotel)

I hate writing this review. I really want to be able to give it a five and I just can’t. This is an older two-story property. It’s a little rundown and needs work. Before I say too much more, I would like to give the desk clerk and the maintenance man a thumbs up for trying to resolve issues. They were very accommodating. But as I said the property is old. It was cold this time of year and this was when the temperatures were in the teens and zero. The room we got was paid for by someone else. That is why we stayed. When we got there, we were warned that the shower nozzle had to be pulled straight out and not just turned. The first room we went to did not have any heat. He offered to move us to another room and we did. It was around the backside of the building and my husband is mobility challenged. after moving, he decided to take a shower, and the water was not very hot. The desk clerk came again to show us again how to turn it on because it was very difficult to work. The room was clean otherwise, just outdated. I know they want to do a good business and have good reviews. I would hope that the owner could put some money into improving the property and putting in shower nozzles that are easy to turn on and off. I don’t think some of the rooms were rented for some time and he explained but some of them were not cleaned due to short staff. We did not eat breakfast the next morning so I cannot speak to that.

La camera aveva la moquette sdrucita e sporca. Nel bagno la vasca era piena di capelli, evidentemente non era stata proprio pulita. Le norme anticovid praticamente inesistenti. Colazione piuttosto scarsa e non certamente continentale.

While Hampton Inn location was convenient and staff was courteous, our room had not been properly cleaned. Clothing from previous guest was wadded up in bathroom and floor had not been vacuumed, evidenced by pieces of food wrappers on floor. Breakfast was average and area appeared clean. Location felt safe.
