The hotel manager Josh was very kind and helpful, as well and the front end clerk Dorothy was prompt to fill all of our requests and very friendly. Melissa working in the kitchen had a great breakfast made everyday !!! Very good selection and delicious!!! The beds in the room were great too!!! Fluffy pillows & clean rooms !!! The gym and pool were very clean and worthy! Looking forward to going back!!!

When I walked into the hotel I was amazed at how it was decorated. There were Christmas decorations everywhere that were beautifully done. I spoke with Shelby and Dorothy who were both very friendly about the decorations and they informed me that their boss did them with items from her own collection. This hotel made me feel so happy and welcome. Keep up the good work!

We stay here a weekend every December for a company Christmas party. The beds are so comfortable, the rooms are always clean, & the staff are helpful & friendly. There were a few employees, but the only name I caught was Dorothy.

Exceptionally friendly, helpful, courteous staff, from the desk, to housekeeping, and the kitchen. Highly recommend staying here if you're in the Pampa area. Easy access, good restraunts close by. Nice, quiet, and clean facilities.

For the most part this hotel was very clean except we discovered a large blood spot on one of the comforters. The room had everything (coffee maker microwave and refrigerator) but it was rather cramped in a two bed room. The strange thing was, there was no cold water. It was either warm or hot regardless of which way you turned the handle or how long you waited. By the way, receptionist was great. Polite and efficient.

I came into town for a funeral and I needed accommodations for one night. Check-in and out were seamless. When I came back to the hotel I needed an extra blanket. No problem, the sweet young lady at the desk got me another blanket and told me that there was another available in the closet. I rested pretty well, I woke up stiff because I’m getting old, hehe. All in all, if I needed another hotel stay in Pampa, Texas, I would definitely choose this hotel.

All of the staff was welcoming, polite, cordial, proactively offered assistance and were very friendly. The room was nicely furnished, clean and the complimentary breakfast exceeded expectations. I will return.

I typically stay at Hiltons, and this was unfortunately one of the least impressive ones I’ve been to. There was only one out of two elevators working, there was some sort of liquid streaks all along the walls throughout the room, the shower was not very clean - the shower floor was a was a gross gray color. Overall, the cleanliness of the room was poor. It wasn’t a disgusting type of room, just dingy feeling and not the nice quality of Hiltons that I’m used to.
