Ulujadi Silae Hotels

The hotel is located not far from the biggest mall in Palu. It is convenient to walk to the mall and back to the hotel. There is an Alfamidi (convenient store) across the hotel as well. The room is big with decent amenities. But the water for shower is not always hot, it’s warm. Breakfast menus are almost similar every day. The staff at the reception desk are kind, and helpful, and the staff helped me get my taxi driver at 4 a.m. However, the staff at the breakfast room should be trained again. There are no spoon, fork, tissue, coffee, cream and sugar on each table if you sit outside. One of the staff threw his sandal to the cat when he saw it walking around the outside area of the restaurant which is rude. Another time, I put my book on one of the tables inside and I went to take other food but they cleaned my table and put my book on the chair which is disrespectful. I hope the hotel fix this because I really like staying at SwissBel.

Front desk staff were welcoming and courteous, though there was a 15‑minute wait during peak time. Offering water or seating could help improve the experience.

The hotel does not have any supporting facilities, and it is still under maintenance. In addition to sleeping, this hotel basically has no supporting facilities, not even basic dining, although the hotel environment is general but the scenery is good.

Fasilitas dan pelayanan sangat bagus dan ramah serta makanannya sangat enak, kalau berkunjung kepalu sangat baik jadi tujuan menginap dan bersantai bersama keluarga 👍

When I checked in, the person in front of me took a long time to sort out/find a solution. I waited quite a while, even though there were other staff members who should have been able to help me. The hotel interior seems to be heavily inherited; these days, the TVs are still manual. The chairs in the room are already unusable.
