Excellent hotel. Yes it’s a little outside of Santa Cruz but you know that when you book! Reception very happy to arrange taxis to go anywhere. Staff were absolutely lovely and couldn’t do more to help. Some don’t have very good English but why should they? Try a bit of Spanish or use Google translate. Food was great. Accommodation was fab, great place to relax. Would highly recommend

Quiet location outside Santa Cruze, Noi Blend offered us a warm welcome, beautiful room and good breakfast. We enjoyed lunch here but didn’t try dinner. Contrary to other reviews, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and we enjoyed the quiet surroundings but agree you needed a car as it was in the middle of the countryside.

Excelente lugar , naturaleza, espacios sustentables, la cocina con especias de sus propias cosechas,vivero, verduras organicas, habitaciones impecables, muy buena la atención y servicio. Para que decir la gastronomía, una chef de lujo, todos muy atentos.....siempre para mi es un agrado volver a ese lugar,me voy a la segura , es mi 6ta vez que voy.. Nunca falla.

Stayed 2 nights. Location requires transport so no food / bar options within walking distance. As we didn’t have a car our booking included dinner. This was ok but let down by the fact there was only 1 person on duty and we had long waits. Rooms were clean and well maintained but WiFi very patchy and no connectivity in the rooms we had. Staff were friendly but transactional. It’s a pretty place but not a hotel we would recommend.

Chegando em santiago resolvemos andar um pouco mais para termos um lindo descanso no campo. Um achado delicioso, aconchegante, agradavel, bem sossegado em meio a vinhedos. Nossa hospedagem foi de apenas uma noite com jantar incluido. Unica coisa que sugiro é que o restaurante do local amplie opções dos vinhos no menu( foram poucos a escolher) . Ja que estamos numa regiao forte em Vinhos queremos provar mais rotulos). Agradeco a atencao de todos, recomendo a hospedagem e voltaria com certeza

Good hotel, don't plan to have dinner here...
Lovely hotel in the Santa Cruz area, convenient to many of the local wineries.
The majority staff were not as attentive and 'on the ball' as others we encountered in Chile, but we still had a lovely stay. The pool area was a lovely space to chill out and it was always very quiet. The breakfasts were good, but the other meals were 'below par', I wouldn't suggest planning to eat your main meals at the hotel.

Fuimos en pareja por un fin de semana, compramos una experiencia que incluía una cena de 3 tiempos que estaba deliciosa y era bastante variada. Incluía un masaje para dos de 50 minutos cada uno y estuvo maravilloso. Destaco la atención en el restaurante que fue excelente estaban José y Gabriel que fueron muy atentos y diligentes, estaban constantemente pendientes si uno necesitaba algo. En la recepción María fue muy amable y siempre dispuesta a resolver nuestras dudas. Con respecto a las instalaciones es una casona grande, con un ambiente rústico pero todo bastante ordenado, tienen una pequeña huerta y árboles frutales que dan sombra. El único detalle es que el receptáculo de la tina estaba fracturado e irritaba al pisarlo, por lo demás todo fue perfecto. Regresaremos pronto!
